Best Septic System Maintenance in Oakland CA

They just completed our sewer-lateral overhaul for Alameda Co. compliance.  Service is professional, amicable, and transparent  ((quoted price for the work and final invoice were nearly identical))  Also, our sewer lateral was especially deep-down, but was apparently no problem for Will and his crew.   10/10 would recommend, and will certainly be calling them back for internal plumbing work in the coming months.

Richard was great. Showed up on time following COVID protocol with mask and social distancing. Diagnosed and fixed my lighting issues. I would request him in the future.

Had a clogged sewer line at 5:30 pm.  They were here within 10 minutes.  Sewer line had no cleanout so they had dig up and puncture the line to unclog it and then put in a bidirectional cleanout.  They finished the entire job that night and got us back into service.  

It was somewhat expensive but reasonable considering it took them until 9 pm to finish the work, it was after normal business hours, and they were able to start almost immediately.

I'm very happy with their work and the guys were very nice.

I used Gateway Rooter recently to fix an issue of smell in the garage.  Old house, we had no idea which direction the sewer line was running.   Daniel, the owner did a great job.    Work was done timely and well. His price was fair.  
He is a very nice person and would use his service again if needed.
I met with a few other sewer repair companies;  I chose Gateway because I felt he knew what he was doing.   I was not disappointed.
