We had a leak in the bathroom faucet that needed a fix. Plumbing care team responded quickly and came to diagnose the issue. Though it was the Christmas Eve, their team agreed to come back later in the evening to allow us time to buy new faucet of our choice. I was kept informed of the arrival time of the technicians through text. Faucet was replaced and leak was fixed properly. The technician looked for other cause of leaks and was in no rush despite it being 5pm on Dec 24th!
We highly recommend them basis this experience!

I needed to have my nest thermostat and doorcam installed and Paul was able to do it the day after he quoted me his price (which was very reasonable). He came on time and even texted me before he was in the way over. After the install we found the AC not working but he kept on troubleshooting and found out the fuse to my furnace was the culprit. Luckily he had an extra fuse and was able to get it working. My doorcam works like a charm and my AC has never been colder. Can't express how much that means to me in this heatwave.

Yvgeney came out within 30 minutes of my call about a problem with an underground water line. He inspected it and gave me great advice about how to deal with it economically. He was methodical, clear, and unrushed. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing or electrical needs.

Yaro was the reason I canceled my Home Warranty,  was tired of getting low quality plumbers and waiting for days to get a response from them and then dealing with finished work that I was not satisfied with. When our technician, Shamir, arrived, he was personable and knowledgeable. Based on my description of issues, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and clearly explain the proper course of action to resolve the problem - even taking me step-by-step through the process.

Martin provided excellent service. He replaced burner for the water heater and explained all the issues and how to contact the water heater company and how to get the product free as replacement. It worked. Great service and immediate reply whenever I had question.

Asked for a quote to replace tank for reverse  reverse osmosis system. Vince got back to me within 15 min and it was a Sunday. I like that instead of just giving me a quote, he let me know he would make sure the entire system was working. No one else did that. Once he arrived he diagnosed that my tank was fine and the system was bad (which he showed me). He gave me the recommendation for a new system which I ordered on amazon. It arrived 2 days earlier so I gave him a call and he came within 2 hours to fix. I find Vince to be reliable, honest, and good with his labor. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs as he is conscientious and fast.

Today was the second time we have used Joel Dial at Plumbing Solutions , first time was several months ago when almost broke a pipe off in the wall under the kitchen sink replacing fixtures and valves , he did an amazing job at an extremely reasonable price , well 2 days ago the shower water regulator valve broke , Joel came out the following day to repair , due to the age no part was available so he installed a new valve and trim kit which entailed trimming some tile away to access  , cleaned shower heads , put new seals in the second bath and replaced the home shut off valve at the front of the house , if I could give 10 stars I would , he is easy to talk to and wants to do a perfect job each time , is kind , professional and courteous , we will be using Plumbing solutions for ALL future plumbing and drain needs
