Best Plumbing Inspection in Oakland CA

My garbage disposal exploded and backed up on us and we contacted Dylan from VanGo Rooter. Dylan was super professional, friendly, and explained the problem(s) as well as the solution(s) before, during, and after the appointment! He was also friendly to my cats!

I'm also doubly grateful to him for cleaning up the mess that was made from the backed up disposal as well...! Would highly recommend him especially.

Vit was on time (early in fact) and quickly diagnosed a water leak that had been driving me nuts  for weeks.  Turns out it was coming from a neighbor's property.  Leak was fixed and the crawl space beneath my house is drying out.  He's not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Our kitchen sink faucet handle started to freeze up when trying to move the faucet.  We called Moraga Plumbing and John came out that afternoon.  The old faucet had frooze up from age.  He installed a new faucet and the cost for the new faucet and the labor was $500.  The cost of an equivalent faucet by itself was over $600 at General Plumbing.  John was very nice to work with.  Will definitely use for all our plumbing needs again.

Last night my sink stopped having any water pressure at all, and after a massive headache of trying to fix it myself (and soaking my kitchen in the process), I concluded I am not a plumber and needed professional help. I  found Andy recommended in a local Facebook group and texted him at 8pm, he replied instantly and showed up today to fix it. He was so great. Highly recommend using Andy for all your plumbing needs.

Old clay pipes, broken years ago (maple tree roots, the likely culprit), sewage seeping into the ground under the street ... not pretty when the rains came and we couldn't run the washing machine and take a shower on the same day for fear of runoff backing up into our shower.  Pipe Spy to the rescue (although they're busy -- a big job like this doesn't happen quickly) and here we are in our first full rain of the year and all systems are GO!  Heiko and his team were always clean, polite, cooperative, and responsive. They did a GREAT job rerouting the traffic on our busy street during the job.  They replaced our sewer main from the house to the street, and because we had two separate plumbing systems (two-story house) they deftly joined them outside the house and put in separate clean-out valves for each floor. They wiped out our front yard and even put in new sod where the lawn (such as it was) got trashed. All of our neighbors told us how much they appreciated the courtesy of the workers.  I see some reviews here with complaints about inadequate warning about parking restrictions and we did not have that experience.  The necessary signs went up on the Friday prior to the job starting the following week.  High recommendations!  Thanks, Heiko. The job came in at exactly the estimated amount. That's more than we can say for every contractor we have ever worked with.

Had an unfortunate accident that broke my toilet and found this company through a friend who recommended them after asking around. I had my new toilet installed by them and it was super quick and cheap, it was installed in just under and hour. I know virtually nothing about plumbing but there service man was kind enough to answer all my pluming questions that weren't even related to installing the toilet. Very friendly and excellent company, would recommend to anyone.

Jeff was the professional who came to my house today and I would highly recommend A.T. Weber for  anyone looking for a plumber. Jeff was on time, friendly and did good work. Great service, were able to do the work the same day I requested it, charged the cheapest of 3 plumbers that provided quote for the same tasks.

Had them come out to the house to address a broken toilet. They were here on three occasions, charged me a total of $1800 and wasn't able to fix the broken toilet. I had another plumbing company come out, after a single visit, identify the correct problem we were having, and fix it for under $500. This is just bad business practices.

I got up in the morning and my feet got wet in the bathroom. Star Rooter and Plumbing came out as promised and replaced a seal on the toilet very efficiently and the price was right for the work performed.
Five stars say it all.

I needed help connecting my gas bbq and a few other odd's and end's around the house.  Most plumbers I called didn't want to help or didn't have time...they also weren't that nice either! :(  
Yevgeny was so kind and walked me thru what needed to be done.  He is thorough and respectful and most importantly knows what he is doing.  You can count on Yevgeny to get the job done!  5 stars!

I had an emergency problem where my bathrooms were clogged and slow draining.  From calling them to coming to visit took around 2 hours, so they had an amazing response time(probably got lucky they were available).

They were respectful of our house(shoes off) and worked hard.  They diagnosed the problems easily identifying our overall pipe intricacies.   We ended up having roots in our pipes, which they said is quite common in Fremont and a preventive measure to keep the roots at bay.  The pricing was communicated openly and at a decent rate.

Overall, if I have any issues in plumbing I would contact them again.

Responsive, helpful, and professional. Jacob was able to be over within an hour and quickly fixed my sink. He answered all of my questions, was respectful and polite. He even spent time discussing a larger non- urgent plumbing project that I had questions about, even though it wasn't part of my service call.

We had a gas leak near our meter and Jamie was able to fit us in same day even though they were booked. Plumber arrived around 3:00 and was friendly, professional and fast. Precision could have charged us a lot more for emergency service and I was shocked at how little we were charged.  Thanks so much Precision!

Just had Jorge and his assistant in to fix a continuous hot water heater and pump, a shower, and a toilet. When I first contacted Jorge for help, he was responsive and made an appointment.

Jorge showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, returned with parts promptly, charged fairly, explained what he and his assistant were doing and why, helped me choose between options for addressing issues, and everything works! This was a great experience!

I am extremely happy with my service and plan to ask Jorge to help replacing a vanity and fixing a supply line issue soon. I will also keep him in mind for any other plumbing issues that come up, and I am happy to recommend him to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Long story short, the plumber never came in the 4 hour window I was given, nor called me to let me know if he was running late.  After waiting for 3 hours and 45 minutes, I called the business to see if he was on his way, and the receptionist, who was very rude, informed he had called my phone twice, and left messages.  After I informed her that I had no missed calls, nor any voice mails, I suggested she might not have the right phone number for my cell.  But, she confirmed it was the number I gave her, after which I told her again I had received no calls nor messages.  So, either her plumber was untruthful, or they're incredibly disorganized.  Then she checked on the situation as to where her plumber was, and informed me it was going to be another 35 to 45 minutes till he was to arrive, which would have been past the 4 hour window, and make me late for work.  So, I told her that wouldn't work, and that if they couldn't arrive within the time frame I was given, I would take my business elsewhere.  She then called me an a**hole, and hung up the phone.  I called back to inquire what and why she said that to me, after which she denied it was her with whom I spoke.  I then asked to speak to the manager, who called me back and told me she said that because I was being abrupt with her.  I asked if he was the manager, after which he said he was the owner!  I then asked if that's the way he lets his employees speak to customers, and he said he's been running the business for 40 years, and basically excused her behavior and words without apologizing one bit.  UNBELIEVABLE!!! This is not a professional business in any sense, and from the other reviews I've read about Olsson Plumbing, it seems I'm not the only one who has had a negative experience with them.
