Excellent plumbing service!  We've used them on many different jobs, they always get the work done in a professional manner, on time and on budget!

Vlad is terrific.  I had a leak in my front yard that I thought was on the street side of the water meter, so first I had EBMUD come take a look.  They came by and said it was my responsibility.  I called Vlad and he was able to come out same day.  He identified the location of the leak, dug it out and showed me where the pipe was leaking.  He offered two options:  tighten the valve or replace the valve.  His recommendation was to tighten the valve, which would save me money, and he offered a two year warranty against future leaks.  He successfully stopped the leak.  I was impressed with his ability to arrive and repair it so quickly.

called early with a leak and they showed up in less than two hours. Guy was great explained everything, not cheap but got the job done quickly cleanly and I'm happy.

Andres is super responsive, efficient, reasonable prices, and gets the job done with a smile. During the pandemic he's been very careful about wearing a mask properly at all times. I talked to Heiko about replacing my sewer lateral.  He did a quick camera view as part of the estimate and got me an estimate the next day.  It wasn't super cheap, but reasonable, and after talking to a couple companies I have the impression that Pipe Spy does very solid work with no corners cut.  

They did most of the work in a single day, and had the hole paved and cleaned up the next day.  All in all pretty painless.

Luis is amazing! He came within 10 min after I called him. He went in to the crawl space to understand the layout and investigate the problem. Our house's pipes are really long with a lot of sharp turns. He had great tools to reach the hard to reach and deep pipes. Everything went so quickly and smoothly. Most importantly, he gave 60day warranty for the same issue, which provides me a lot of comfort.  He also has a great personality. Highly recommend!

Yeah, I don't know about Plumbing Guys in Oakland...We live in Alameda and my uncle-who owns the home - and is elderly and a little disoriented at times- talked with the guy that came out to assess the plugged up kitchen drain. He told him that the pipes that go out to the street were old and in bad shape- and the job would cost 2800.00 bucks to remedy the problem. He offered to snake the drain but warned us that if he broke the pipes under the sink- it would not be his fault

This seemed a little fishy to say the least. We had another plumber come out this morning from Ben Franklin Plumbing- and they said the 2800 dollar estimate was preposterous- and they could fix the problem for less than 400 bucks. The plumber, Michael, dressed in a nice clean jacket with the company logo- was professional, courteous and kind. The job was done in a half hour! They gave us a senior discount - and the bill was 365 bucks! Be careful when you call plumbers in to fix a job. They know that the home owner needs to have it fixed and can prey on them with unnecessary work. Ben Franklin saved my uncle over 2400 bucks. Bravo!!

Just had Josh out here to look at our heater and water heater, both of which have been misbehaving. So knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Always have a good experience with A.T. Weber (had a full repiping on our townhome done a few years back).

Called last night and someone was able to come right away. Really appreciate the fast response and fixing the issue with a sump pump.

Needed garbage disposal replaced. Contacted the Plumbing Heroes around 10pm. Got an immediate quote for the work (none of the other firms gave a quote from initial inquiry).  They showed up with the new disposal when promised (12 hours after first contact) and boom!  Job done. I was billed exactly what I expected. Clean & complete. Could not ask for a better result. These guys rock!

Had them replace a lateral sewage line to the main feed.  Juan was their point man and their team performed the job in one day!  Their work was efficient, effective and for a great price (2k) cheaper than other competitors!

One of the best managed small businesses I have ever witnessed.  Juan is an exceptional individual that went above and beyond the call of duty.  He kept our sewage line open until the work could be scheduled/completed.

We worked with Yevgeny on some repairs on our home in Pac Heights. There were a few areas that were affected from some severe rains that hit last winter. Yevgeny promptly responded to our call when we first reached out. We were able to send him pictures so he could give us a preliminary estimate right over the phone. We set up an appointment, and he came to our house on time. Came up with a final estimate, and started work as soon as was convenient for us. Yevgeny did a great job and was incredibly thorough. He was meticulous about taping everything off so that we could continue to live in the house. He even sped up his delivery schedule by a couple days to accommodate plans we had for Easter.

The quality of work he does is top notch and he even fixed some areas, without charging us, that were not part of the original estimate. We would highly recommend Yevgeny and his team for whatever project you have. We will definitely be using Yevgeny and team for future projects and some larger remodeling that we have planned for in the future!

Requested bid for recirculating pump for newer tankless water heater.  The plumber took pictures and said he would get back.  After one month and several calls to company, owner was scheduled to come out.  No show and no contact.  After another call he was scheduled again.  On day of appointment, secretary called and said he wasn't coming.  She attempted to provide over the phone expertise, but had no clue.  Very unprofessional.

Julio and the team did partial re-pipe for my home. I am very happy with the work. Julio is polite and honest. He did what he promised. First work day for repiping, and second work day for city inspection and patching. Both the repiping and wall patching passed city inspection without any issue!

Jorge was excellent in repairing our water main pvc main. He was timely and professional, identified the problem and repaired the leak quickly. I could not recommend this company enough, please don't hesitate to call JJ rooter for your plumbing needs!

I must say that I was so pleased with Olsson Plumbing.  I called for a HUGE job at our place of Business in Alameda and they were very professional on the phone, and very easy to schedule the job with.  Their overall price was GREAT and very fair.  The Job was completed exactly on time and all of the plumbers at the NEW CONSTRUCTION site were very professional and exactly what I was looking for.  We are building a huge new office in Pleasanton and they will be the one we call to do all of  the plumbing.  Thanks guys.  GREAT WORK.  We'll be in touch
