Yevgeny knows his business well.  He helped us make an educated decision about what to do when our very large capacity hot water heater failed.  He knows the people at the different material suppliers, he knows what the risks and costs are very well.
Yevgeny made sure our recirculating water system was robust and all new piping was in excellent condition.  When he and his employee moved our old hot water heater out, they were very careful not to create even the slightest damage to the floors and walls.  He made sure every detail was spot on.  I would recommend Yevgeny and GeneralSF to anyone

Jorge came within the hour after I called to have my yard drain cleared.  He did the job cleanly and efficiently.

However, he asked for $125 instead of the $95 advertised until I pointed out to him.

Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

After putting if off for several years, we decided to repair our sagging sewer line. Called Leo in the morning, we met at noon and I had a firm quote by the evening. I'm sure we all know how rare that is. It was a big job but Leo and his crew were fantastic. Arrived every day when he said he would and kept us informed all the way. And the price was more than fair. If we had known it could go this smoothly, we would have done it sooner! On a personal note, it was a great reminder to someone like me, who is in business for themselves (and a little older) to treat every new client like he's your first one. Thanks, Leo!

Ronnie was amazing! My central heating wasn't working and other HVAC professionals insisted that I demo all of the ceiling to expose all of the ductwork. Ronnie was tenacious and dismantled the accessible ductwork and discovered a tripped fire damper. I'm so grateful for all of the time, energy, and research he put in to solve my HVAC problem!

We have used Ed a few times for our plumbing issues in the last few months and he was amazing all those times.  The first time we met him was when we had a terrible leak in our dishwasher ( at night) -- his name came up as a referral from one of our neighbors and he came to our place the very next day. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and on top of that, charged us at a reasonable price.  The next time we reached out to him was in regards to a clogged toilet in our kids' bathroom.  He literally came that same day and fished out a gazallion clogged toilet paper! He then also advised on the type of toilets to get in the future (with better flushing capabilities and etc.).  More recently, we had a leak in our kitchen sink faucet and instead of charging us for another visit, he was generous enough to FaceTime me and walk me through fixing it myself.  

Just overall, a wonderful, trustworthy plumber! I have faith that not only is he super well experienced but will never overcharge us.

I would gladly be his reference or recommend him to any of my neighbors going forward.

GAXL did a wonderful job on replacing and updating kitchen and bathrooms for me. They were very responsive and came up with great ideas and suggestions. In addition, the work was done professionally, with no delays and it looks fabulous. I can't say enough good things about Damon. He is honest, reliable, timely, reasonably priced and does a great job!

When I need help, I just message him and he sends over an honest and fair quote right away, then fits me into his schedule as soon as possible.

We're at the point now, where I just leave keys for him, he does the job, and sends me a pic once it's all done.
