Honrath and Stacey is a great company. Their pricing is fair and they don't gouge. They have been our family's plumber for 5 years or more and they never disappoint. They have installed our wall heaters, water heater, and new toilets, besides fixing major clogs and other plumbing issues. They are prompt, polite, knowledgeable about their craft, personable and have a lighthearted, comfortable manner. They have never failed to lessen my anxiety when a plumbing problem arises and I think that the world is going to end. They simple say, Oh, we've seen this before. We'll have you up and running in no time! They were even honest when it came to advising me about switching from wall heaters to central heating. Jim told me that for a house my size that it wouldn't be economical, nor would it add any efficiency, since it would heat room that I wasn't in. I was ready to hire him to do the job, but he cared more about being honest and saving me money. With that said, I would be extremely confident to recommend this company to consumers and businesses. They are the best!

Our toilet clogged late afternoon so after looking up several company's and calling a few, only Plumbing Care, Inc was able to fit us into their schedule. Frank arrived that evening, after hours and addressed the problem and had it fixed rather quickly. Frank was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I've known owner Tom Cortez and his family for over 20 years through St. Raymond's in Dublin, but when our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) went out last week. that was not the first reason I called Savior Plumbing.
The reason I called is great service. Tom sent a crew member out the next day and not only replaced the PRV valve, but also replaced some leaking hose bibs in the laundry room.
Their man was fast, efficient, professional and did excellent work on both jobs.
I highly recommend Tom and his great team at Savior Plumbing.

Follow up: work has been completed. Danny and his partner did a great job, they worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards showed me what they fixed and took the time to explain it! Signed up for the maintenance plan to make sure our system continues to run smoothly.

I bought a '41 cottage with sweet original millwork. Unfortunately a previous owner had done a '90s bath remodel. ugh. Ted came in and restored it to my detailed specifications, giving me design input along the way. To my surprise he personally knows carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile setting (tiniest grout lines). And he completed the work with minimal disruption to our lives (it's our only bathroom!!) Yes I recommend him.

I had an issue with my electrical outlets in one of my bathrooms not having any power run through them. I checked for any tripped circuit breakers, but none were tripped. I reset all of them anyway just to see if that would work. It did not work. So I requested quotes from many electricians here on Yelp by explaining my issue and wondering how much it would cost to fix. Most of them replied back by stating how much they charged, anywhere from $100 to $250. Paul stated he would charge his minimum of $125 for labor. I then replied back asking him if he had a sense of what the issue would be. He promptly replied back that the issue could be that a GFI electrical outlet (one of those outlets that have those Test and Reset buttons) needs to be reset. I wound up pressing all the test and reset buttons on every GFI outlet in my house. That worked! I had power again running through my bathroom outlets! The culprit was a GFI outlet in a different bathroom in my house. Go figure...I guess different outlets are connected to one another in different parts of the house.
I was really appreciative of Paul's help and honesty! He could've been one of those other shady and greedy guys who wouldn't offer to help unless I paid them first, but he wasn't. He knew my problem was easy to fix and suggested a solution that I could try myself. He saved me a bunch of money!

Roberto and Mario did a fantastic job replacing our garbage disposal and snaking our drain. It was a difficult job due to years of neglect from the prior homeowner, and they did the job quickly and efficiently. They also made sure it was all covered under our buyers' insurance!

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Terrible customer service. More concerned with letting you know they're diamond certified than doing a good job. Over-priced. Took them a long time for a quote. Never showed for appt and blamed me.
Thanks for forcing me to find a better business -- and one that answers the phone after 3:00pm.

I had a small gas leak in a fireplace. Called PG&E, they came out and capped the shutoff valve to the fireplace, but the leak persisted. Called Albert Nahman, they came out the same day. Plumber did not bring all the tools needed and it took him 3 hours to replace the shutoff valve (using my tools and I needed to hold the grate open and hold a flashlight for him). He charged me $480. I paid the bill and called AH office the next day and asked for an explanation: I was told that I wasn't charged per hour, that this was a set rate! I politely expressed my disbelief, and then was offered the opportunity to make adjustments to my satisfaction (meaning, they recognized that their fixed rate was way out of line). Six months earlier I had a kitchen sink drain re-sealed and the seal is breaking apart and I expect it will start leaking again soon. Completely agree with Karen F.: price gougers.

We have used Valley Plumbing for years since we live in Pleasanton and like to support our local businesses. When I had a problem with my water heater, they came out the same day, fixed the problem and were done very quickly. They also warned me that since my water heater was very old that it may give me problems in the future and that I should look into replacing it. Well I developed a leak a few months later, on a Saturday, gave them a call and told them it was probably time to replace it. When they came out, they showed me that a seal in the supply line had loosened. They tightened it and were gone in 20 minutes. A lot of companies could have screwed me into a new water heater but these guys not only didn't but they fixed the problem with no charge. I don't know what happened to the other reviewer but if you want competent plumbers that won't take advantage of you, I HIGHLY recommend them.
