Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

This years massive rain in San Francisco also caused a leak at our ceiling.
Handyman Hero 'squeezed' as in on short notice, outlined the potential efforts and broke them down in 3 different work steps quickly.
At the end we (only) needed step #1 (opening the ceiling/patching holes on roof) and step # closing the ceiling, which was done promptly, with a flexible schedule on demand and very good quality.
Special thanks here to the contractor Samuel Hernandez for his quality and highly in-time work, and his pleasant interaction personally while being in our apartment clearly telling us what is going on while also always checking for any preferences from our end on the project along the way.

They were amazing! We called them in the morning and they came to inspect and our heater system was fixed by 3 pm, the same day! Their communication was fantastic, especially when they were dealing with many different people as I wasn't there. Especially at a time when other companies didn't have availabilities for over a month - they were amazingly responsive! Highly recommended!

Our kitchen faucet had been leaking for awhile. I ordered the replacement faucet, but figured out in a hurry that the install wouldn't be the straight forward project I was anticipating. The mounting nut had rusted and was frozen in place.
I contacted Savior Plumbing to help me out.  They had an available plumber and dispatched him within the hour. Their plumber, Jordan, arrived and got to work. He had to section the nut with a metal cutter to remove it, which was something I wouldn't have been able to tackle.  Once the old faucet was removed, the install of the new faucet proceeded uneventfully.
Jordan is knowledgeable and performed the repair professionally and courteously.

After lots of texting back and forth, Rey decided that he couldn't be bothered to come to San Francisco to do a heating repair because he might not be able to park. Despite us being in their indicated service area. Very disappointing.
Do not rely on this company. Flaky and amateurish.

Jazz replaced my furnace and water heater with a high efficiency furnace and tankless water heater. Richard, Will, and Aaron were real pros - they were able to work quickly and efficiently in a pretty tight space in my utility/laundry room and their final product looks great. Very professional and clean installation. The price was reasonable too, in comparison with two other local companies servicing Berkeley.

Jazz may not have as many yelp reviews as some of their local competitors (yet!), but I would certainly recommend them for your HVAC or water heater needs.

Ted is a total rockstar handyman; does great work, fair prices, and a great communicator. Great attention to detail! A total gem.

Paul was excellent. Had a small shower head leak and he was able to pinpoint the issue and resolve it quickly. He changed out the valve stems, seats and knobs within an hour. He arrived on time, cleaned up and double checked the work before leaving. Will use him again for other home projects

I had to use these guys because of my home warranty. First they never called me so I needed to re contact home warranty. Then they finally came. The guy who came to diagnose couldn't be eager enough to leave.

My shower temperature occasionally swings between scalding and freezing. This is a known issue in the building and is a very simple part swap according to the HOA. The plumber who came never even heard about the part, even when I showed him the part the HOA provided me.

Then after about 10 minutes he practically runs out the door and says home office will write up the report. I asked him if he could tell me anything, he said no and left.

They end up telling home warranty that the shower isn't broken and now I have to deal with that, and without a shower.

On top of all this they want $175 for the HOA required insurance documents. I've never heard of it being more than $50, and at $50 that's a stretch.

I don't know how these idiots have such great reviews but I was taken for a ride and now I need to go longer without a shower because of these guys. If I'm guessing, they probably get less money if it's a home warranty repair so they didn't want to even entertain me.

UPDATE:
Another plumber (not from Chosen Rooter) came a few days later and immediately diagnosed the problem and everything is now in motion.

I had to keep the appointment so home warranty would cover it. If me telling you that I've never heard of someone charging almost $200 for insurance info is insane is very rude then idk what to tell ya buddy. Both my HOA and the next plumber who came in confirmed that that's not a normal amount in any reality.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

I hired Lunt Marymor to help diagnose why my faucets and toilet were constantly running/leaking. They came out at a convenient time and ON TIME, and told me that the sediment in my old pipes was a factor in the leaky faucets and that my old toilet couldn't make a seal.
They installed a super low flow toilet and a replacement faucet.
Check this out: yesterday I got my water bill. A year ago today, 49/gallons a day of water used. As of yesterday, 12/gallons a day! I couldn't believe how much water I had been wasting and I am eternally grateful for the kind, knowledgeable and affordable service I received.
Also, I really appreciate that they didnt try to sell me on other things and that I feel like I have a plumbing company that I can trust.

Contacted these guys based on the photos of clean looking tankless installations. However, being quoted $7,800-$8K+ for an outdoor Rinnai RU98eN ($1,540 retail) with minimal gas/water line work is not even close to industry standards as far as pricing goes. We've had 6 or 8 companies out to give us quotes and this place was $1,600-$2K over the highest quote we had previously received. This quote was so over the top, it was offensive.

Based on how straightforward our project is, Albert Nahman Plumbing clearly did not want (or need) our business. I'd urge anyone interested in using this company to shop around. Unless of course, you have unlimited amounts of money and don't mind blowing it.

Careful of anyone who has to use as their logo Integrity before Profit, furtherest thing from the truth in my opinion.  Did not stand behind their work!!!
