Highly recommend!! This is the second time we have them solving our plumbing issues. Both times they responded fast, professional, reliable with very reasonable fee. They are very detail oriented and will spend time really take care of the problem, not just do the surface work. I am so thankful for their service!!

We had a clogged kitchen sink and dishes piling up. I called at 9am and they came same day and had jt fixed before lunch. Wore a mask, booties, and even disinfected the floor where he was working, plus gave me some advice on how to prevent the same issue in the future. Will definitely be using their services again!

We had problem with our drainage in the bathroom which caused a leak in our closet downstairs. He came to check it out and advised what needed to be done. He was able to fix it and replace any outdated parts. Thanks Ben.

Just moved in to a house and had 2 clogged drains. 1 in the kitchen and one in the bathtub. Called Atlas on Saturday after looking at all the good reviews. Talked to them at noon, they said they could be out between 4 and 5 pm that day. Called around 3 and said they could show up early. Got here probably around 3:15 and 3:30. Quoted $165 for first clog and $65 for the second. The 2 guys unclogged the kitchen drain in about 10 minutes and then spent another 45 working on the drain in the bathtub. The old pipes in this house are a bit outdated but they got her running freely and charged what they quoted. In and out in about an hour.

Got here early, fixed my shit quick, charged what they said they would. Even cleaned up my tub afterwards and the guys were nice. What more do you want?

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

Jose Mendez came over to repair some wood on a sliding door.  He arrived at time, and once we showed him the project he made sure to ask if there was anything other projects he could address.  We showed him an outlet that stopped working, and he was able to fix that as well.  He was courteous, professional and did a great job on the sliding door repair.  We have used Handyman Heroes in the past and will continue to do so.

Needed advice on how to address a wall heater that was beyond its useful life. Honrath & Stacey inspected and helped me understand my options.

On Monday morning my tankless water heater went down.  I called Plumbing Care.  The owner Martin told me he'd be at my home in forty five minutes and arrived exactly on time.  He diagnosed the problem and told me the best solution to save money.  He ordered the part which I had overnighted to his office. He came the next evening to replace the part but discovered that even though he'd ordered the correct part, the company had sent him the wrong one.  He spoke at length with the company to make sure that this time, they send the right part and had it overnighted to his office.  The next day came to my home to install the part, and then returned that evening to make sure that it worked properly.  He was very customer service oriented and really cared about doing the right thing.  I give him my highest recommendation.

Had water heater leaking without any prior symptom/sign and contacted Awais for a quote.  Awais was prompt to reply and was able to determine the severity of the leak throughout the text/picture and giving me a estimation for the replacement
Came in the next day and replaced on the same day and clean up afterward

I randomly called Savior Plumbing because I needed to redo the kitchen plumbing, install a new garbage disposal and replace a rusty faucet that was stuck in place. David came out and sawed off the old faucet and replaced the old rusty drain with high quality PVC plumbing that looks amazing and I know will last. Everything is running perfectly. Truly a professional.

A week later, my HOA notified me of water leaking into the unit below. I called Savior Plumbing with no hesitation. Was hoping David would come out but this time it was Adam. He was just as friendly and professional. He identified the problem and replaced a gasket that another plumbing company had replaced several months earlier. It was the wrong part! Adam identified it. Replaced it with the correct part and tested to make sure that we weren't leaking. Having a peace of mind that Adam did the right thing and fixed my issue the right way is invaluable!

Rey and his family-owned business are stellar. We had multiple bids to replace our old, broken furnace and thermostat with a new one, and Rey provided the most cost-effective option. He and his daughter worked with the city (during COVID, when the city is extremely backed up) to secure the needed permit to do the work. He came promptly on time with an apprentice and was able to very-efficiently replace our furnace in around 1/2 a day, including running a new electrical connection for our new Nest thermostat from our crawlspace (which meant he didn't have to cut into our walls, which was a huge win).

I will be going with Rey and LCP&H for my future needs, including an AC, attic insulation, attic fan, and additional homes we will be buying. Rey and LCP&H deliver the best quality, with the best prices. Highly recommended!

Paul did great work, quick to respond, and very reasonably priced. I had a leaky faucet that got progressively worse over the last few month. I wanted to get it repaired, but turns out it's better to just replace the whole faucet for future reliability and roughly the same cost. Paul also found the valves to have rusted significantly, and recommended replacement for those. He only charged for the additional labor, and provided itemized receipt for all the supplies used for this project. Very satisfied with Paul's work and would use him again for fixes around the house.

I think this plumbing service call is a racket!!  No one will provide a quote on the phone to snake out your drain line!!!  Not even a ball park quote of it usually cost between $200 to $300.  They say it's will be quoted by the service plumber upon his initial visit.  They do make it clear that the service visit is $89, and will be applied to the final cost if you accept it.
After the visit, to snake out my outside floor drain (easy access, power, and an existing hose bib was close by), the field plumber quoted $375!!  And if you do not accept this price, you need to pay $89 to field inspect the job, which was a 10 min inspection.
As such, I felt trapped, you either pay the high unreasonable quote of $375, or pay $89 for the service call to inspect the job!!
Of course I accepted the $375 quote, and to snake out my outside floor drain took a total of 20 minutes - 5 min to set up, 10 min to snake out, and 5 min to pack up can collect my charge card for payment.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Best experience with a plumbing company I've ever had in 30+ years of home ownership. Skye at the office was prompt, pleasant and efficient in returning my calls. Then I was very lucky, I think to get Michael as the technician - he's very experienced and a true craftsman who takes pride in his work.

This job started as a simple matter of replacing the stem on a leaky faucet, but the first plumber I tried managed to break off half the stem within the pipe, quickly gave up trying to remove it, and told me he'd have to break through the wall and remove and replace all the pipes involved - escalating a sub-$200 job to a $1000+ job. He and his company (Abante) took no responsibility for breaking the pipe, even though they'd never warned me of the risk of breakage, and (it turns out), never lubricated the stem before trying to remove it, and may have even used the wrong tool. They originally quoted the job as $200 but informed me this just happens sometimes and you'll just have to pay for the additional work.

In contrast Michael and Lunt Marymor - while being upfront about not knowing if they'd be able to remove the stem or would have to replace the whole assembly -- made more than a good-faith effort. In fact, Michael went above and beyond what I expected and after nearly an  hour of lubricating, pulling with all his strength, jiggling and working at it -- voila! - he managed to extract the stem, replace it, and save me $800 in the process.

I think most plumbers would have given up after 10-15 minutes. I give Michael, and Lunt Marymor, my highest recommendation.

My new mini split single room air conditioner was no longer providing cold air after one year of service, I suspected a leak at one of the hose connections needed fixing and a refrigerant recharge would take care of the problem. I had had good luck with Albert Nahman on two previous occasions so I gave them a call. They responded quickly but the service person gave me a quote of $1,875, way too high for this work. I got Melgar Mechanical to come out and take a look. They fixed a loose flange connection and recharged the unit in under an hour, total bill $412. This shows that Albert Nahman was overcharging by more than 4 x
I can no longer recommend this company.

Let's see. I moved to Pleasanton 1.5 years ago and was looking for a plumber to do some work on my home. I made an appointment to have an estimator come out to plumb and install a water conditioning system for my home. The guy never calls or shows up on the day of the appointment. Two weeks later, I get a call from a lady there asking if I was still interested in the water conditioning system. Hmmm. No! Gave them a second chance and made another appointment to plumb a gas line to my fireplace. The guy actually showed up early. After he finished surveying my property to run the gas line, I asked him to provide me a quote to run a water line from the garage to my refrigerator. My kitchen and garage are next to each other. I called two days later asking if the estimates were done and the guy bruskly replied that it would done in four more days - almost a week later. I never received a call so I called and was emailed the estimate. My mouth dropped. $2900 to run the gas line and $950 to run the water line. What is their motto? Integrity before profit. Really? I say not and I'm taking my business elsewhere. No stars!
