Very happy with the service. We had a clogged toilet. They came out immediately. Fixed it very quickly. Texted me photo documentation of what had caused the clog. Then they charged me less than the other quotes I got. Highly recommended.

URV did a great job replacing my broken shower handle!! Roman put in extra effort to remove the old cartridge which was badly stuck due to build ups.

Ben is an Amazing plumber.  He was very prompt, reasonable and professional.   He cleanout and replaced a cleanout joint in our basement that was backed up, leaking and well past its end-of-life.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the price gouging I received from this company.  They arrived to give me an estimate to install a seismic gas valve.  The technician explained that it was a difficult installation and quoted the price.  I thought it was high but assumed it would take a while to install and they would earn their money.  The technician left to buy the parts and came back an hour later.  He started on the work and was done in less than one hour.  Subtracting the cost of the parts, they charged me $300 an hour for labor including the hourlong trip to the parts store.  The also still made me pay their $59 service charge and neglected to mention that they were currently offering $75 off seismic gas valve installations.  I emailed the owner but did not receive a response.  Wouldn't even consider using this company again.  Would have given them zero stars, but didn't have the option.

I installed my toilet about 10 years ago, and it has done a fine job for a family of four (considering we all share one commode!).  At the beginning of the year, something in the flushing system started to stick open intermittently, but if I opened up the top of the tank and jiggled the arm a little, the excess water flow would stop.  Being the handy guy I am, I did a bit of troubleshooting and went down to my local Ace's Hardware, but I was NOT able to figure out which parts I needed, because my toilet model was actually an older model, and regular hardware stores do not carry those parts so readily. Oh well, that was enough to hold me up, and sadly I procrastinated and the occasional leaking continued for a while, until one month recently, our water bill almost doubled, and we realized that the stuck flap was causing us a big hit in the wallet!  Apparently the excess running had lasted for en entire day or night once or twice.  Now I was really motivated - that SFPUC has hiked the prices really high in the last 10 years!  I called up Atlas Plumbing and Rooter and spoke with Charlene, who sympathetically listened to my story of woe and efficiently set me up with a preliminary, exploratory visit from one of their plumbers.  Danny is his name, a personable, efficient man who knows exactly how to calm your nerves.  Within a few minutes he had diagnosed the two sections of my toilet that needed replacement and got on the phone to Atlas's parts supplier, describing what we needed, and even getting the prices so I wouldn't have any surprises.  Even though it was the end of his work day, Danny swung by that same supplier on the way back to his office and picked up my parts so that he'd have them in his possession at the very beginning of the next day. Now that's thinking ahead!  I arranged for him to come by at 9AM the next day, and he was right on time!  20 minutes later, and my toilet was flushing perfectly well again AND it's quieter, too, because one of the parts he recommended we replace, had been all choked up with tiny bits of debris that had got caught in the water flow pipe.  Our toilet is now flushing perfectly, with better force which translates into not even one occasional clogging so far.  Kudos to Atlas Plumbing and Rooter - their plumber, Danny was quick, knowledgeable and the pricing reasonable for the expertise I got.  I've told all my neighbors too.

We needed some solution towards issues with allergies , forced heat air when it is cold and didn't appreciate cold floors.  So, we found this company!   We had our home installed with heated floors.  It was the best decision ever!

We had warm floors installed throughout the first floor of our home.  Not only did it provide energy efficiency, it provides comfort  throughout those really cold months. When we turn on our heater, we don't experience hot air blowing to our faces anymore.  It's comfortable and toasty inside while it is freezing cold outside.  In fact, I am able to wear shorts and tank top inside the home because of how comfortable the temperature is.  The warmth also goes up to the 2nd floor!

Service was great!  They answered all our questions and assisted with whatever we wanted to know.  It is a great long term investment plus definitely adds value to your home!  I definitely recommend this company for your heated floors installation. It was the best investment!

Awais installed a hot and cold water dispenser for us. Professional, outstanding work! Soon after, we noticed a leak in our sink. He came out to troubleshoot. He found that what should have been a rubber hose was a copper pipe connected to rubber hoses that was preventing water to flow. He had the parts needed to repair. Super quick! He also gave us suggestions on the Air Gap piece of the dishwasher that had the wrong cap.

I've known owner Tom Cortez and his family for over 20 years through St. Raymond's in Dublin, but when our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) went out last week. that was not the first reason I called Savior Plumbing.

The reason I called is great service. Tom sent a crew member out the next day and not only replaced the PRV valve, but also replaced some leaking hose bibs in the laundry room.

Their man was fast, efficient, professional and did excellent work on both jobs.

Rey is the best! He was first recommended to us in 2005 when our water heater broke down. He was the third plumber we called for an estimate, and the only one who had a suggestion that didn't require us to tear up the floor of several downstairs rooms. (Earthquake damage had rendered the existing pipes useless.) Instead he installed a tankless heater, which saved us money on the original repair as well as on our monthly bill.

Since then, Rey has been our go to, and we recommend him to all our friends and family. Our house was built in 1926 and the plumbing is almost as old. We are on a tight budget, and he has provided us with options that we can afford. When our ancient single-vent floor furnace died two years ago, he replaced it and gave us warmth throughout the house, quickly and at a reasonable price.

Rey is professional and efficient, responds promptly and does great work. And he's a really great guy who's a pleasure to be around.

Paul came to assemble a playset for my son to our backyard. He came and did so much more than that. He leveled the whole backyard, got needed stuff from Home Depot and most importantly assembled the huge playset.

My toilet flooded a day ago (nightmare). I let my landlord know immediately and they called Chosen Rooter & Plumbing, thank god. Ron showed up during the window
of time requested and literally went above and beyond to get my toilet fixed for me. He had to work on my lower level bathroom but had to do quite a walk around to get under the crawl space beneath the bathroom and had to walk around the entire complex a couple times to do so. I highly recommend, especially if you want something fixed ASAP and know that they want to fix it just as badly as you do. Thank you so so much again Ron!!

We had a sewage line clog and through the span of a few days we located the root problem, he's great at problem solving, on time, great with work estimates of how long the job will take and cost, prices are fair. Ultimately we found tree roots in our pipes and we installed a clean out and removed the roots, I highly recommend him and his crew.

Angelo was responsive, straightforward, and kept me updated when he was running late from another job. He spent over an hour at my home regarding two issues I had sought him for. The first was just a plain clogged toilet, which I didn't realize, since it presented itself differently than other clogged toilets have been for me. Super duh! moment for me. The other was more complex - slow draining storm drain from yesterday's superstorm. He and his colleague analyzed it and did the best they could to clear it, but concluded it was best to leave it alone for now, as further actions might actually do more harm than good for different reasons. I appreciate the honesty and ability to look at the big picture. On top of all this, he didn't charge us a penny for coming out. That's some integrity.

My washing machine and kitchen sink were backed up, filled with dirty water. I called Superior Plumbing on Monday around 5:30 pm. They sent Armin Rios out on Tuesday morning. Armin represented his company well! He stood out in the rain, determined to fix the problem. He had a can do attitude, and he resolved the problem! I'm definitely going to call on them in the future.
