Bravo to Bayshore Plumbers! Our tankless water heater died on a Saturday morning... I had pretty mch resigned myself to cold showers for the weekend, but decided to give Bayshore Plumbers a call based on Yelp reviews. Spoke with the manager, Juan, Saturday 9am. He asked about my problem, the current model number etc. and promised to have his crew to my house by 11am... so I was really impressed when they showed up 20 minutes later!

Meny and his partner were fantastic. They explained my options (a costly and potentially unsuccessful service vs. replacement) and secured quotes for me on two new models. I went with the new tankless water heater... and was delighted when they said that they could pick it up and install it right away. Ony guy prepped the house (wore booties and laid down cloth... so courteous and clean), while the other picked up the new heater.  Four hours later I had a new water heater and much better water pressure!

While they were working, the guys noticed that my sink faucet was loose... so they also took care of that for no charge.

There's no doubt that Bayshore Plumbers will be my go-to plumbing and heating service!
