We were very pleased with Chris and Plumbing Kings overall. They actually answer the phone and they were able to get to us same day within a couple hours. We were given a 3 hour window and we were notified when Chris would arrive in about 30 minutes. There is a $49 serve charge, but it applies to any work you have done. We knew we'd have work done since there was a leak that we couldn't fix ourselves. Chris identified the problem immediately and told us we'd have the same problem eventually with our other toilets due to the piping being the original builder shotty products. We went ahead and got an estimate to change out all the toilets plumbing from the wall to the toilet and he had all the parts to get started right away. He was courteous and professional and even looked at something else to make sure we didn't have other plumbing troubles. He said we were good for now with that and didn't need fixing right now. We don't really know if we were charged a fair price as none of the other companies answered their phones or called back in a timely manner for our water leaking situation. Absolutely first rate.  I was very concerned but Alex knew his stuff and did a great job.  Could not be more satisfied.  Clogged garbage disposal...yuk....

These guys are awesome!! Professional, polite and honest. Pricing is very reasonable and they show up on time! Pretty damn good looking too if you ask me. I will definitely be calling them again.
