We had a whole home plumbing re-route. Chance and CJ did a great job. Highly recommended. Wish we had found him the FIRST time we needed a re-route, it would have gotten done right the first time :P

We had a leak in the front yard, called our warranty company, and they sent someone out. Unfortunately it was the main water line and was not covered but they gave us a quote and let us know they would not repair the yard after the work was done.

We decided to get another quote from Resolution Plumbing after my husband had seen a post from the owner on our Silverstone community Facebook group. Adrian came out to give us a quote within a couple of hours that was much lower than the first company. He also told us when they were done, it would look like they were never there.

After we accepted the price, they came back same day to start digging for the new line, which they quickly finished the following day. After an inspection the next day, they came out very quickly to put everything back together and it looks great. I'm so happy we saw that Facebook post and were able to give them a call. They were very quick, competitively priced, and very friendly. I have already been recommending them!

What a way to start out the new year. Who expects to have absolutely gross sewage-y water coming up the drain of their bathtubs??!! But they say out of every misfortune there is a silver lining.

My silver lining? Franklin and Shane from Kea Plumbing. Not only a quick response time from first contact with Chelsea, but the guys were onsite soon after. Professional all the way around. The problem was discovered and the immediate work completed. I say immediate, because I was not the only unit suffering and the problem was actually a main line and the HOA's responsibility.

The gross water is gone and everything is draining correctly. Now I get to sanitize the two tubs.  Every home owner needs a good core of maintenance personnel; Kea Plumbing is a stellar choice. Thank you for  taking care of such an overwhelming issue.

So grateful that Miguel and Chris came to our rescue today, when our home owner warranty company was just dragging their heels on getting our water heater fixed. Some things are just worth paying a contractor/servicer directly, without a middle man calling the shots. They arrived within the hour of my call, gave me a fair quote, and stuck to it.  Miguel and Chris replaced our 3 yr old AO Smith with a REAL water heater (Ruud) that they had right on their truck, as well as correcting some mistakes done by a prior contractor.  They do quality work, they do not cut corners, and they do not use sub-par materials. Going directly to American Brothers for this job makes me feel that our home is better protected and I won't have to worry about equipment failure or flooding!! I won't call anyone else for our plumbing needs!

I was quoted almost $1000 for a repair by another company. I called Nevada pluming authority for another estimate. They came out took a look and showed me that the shut off valve was not broken as I was told, there was no need for repair. They saved me a ton of money. I appreciate their honesty and experience. I will never call any one else.
