Wonderful experience!  Chase answered the phone when I called, gave me an appointment for 2 hours away, called me 30 minutes out, came on time, fixed my main valve shutoff, AND THERE WAS NO EMERGENCY!  Wow!

I was really happy I chose Resolution Plumbing. They gave me a quote to replace all the toilets in our house, without messing around and asking to come out. I sent some photos and a description of what we wanted done and they quickly replied with a price and availability. They were kind enough to come back on a second visit without charging extra to complete the final piece of work. Recommended.

awesome service. Needed a tuneup. They showed up right on time. They were neat, friendly, and Honest. They let is know that our capacitor was still good and did not need replacing yet but was on the weak side, something to expect next year or so. They did not try to push to sell or anything. I will be using their service from now on!

I had the same experience  as others have about being told the  incorrect cause of my problem.  In my opinion, American Brothers Plumbing take advantage of people with problems.  Be sure and ask the hourly rate before they do any work.  I was charged over $200.00 an hour and told that I needed to replace the supply line from the street to the house and it would cost $8,000.00.  I refused the diagnosis and it turned out to be a leaky shut-off valve.  But I forgot to ask what the hourly charge was and I ended up paying $800.00 for 4 hours of work.  When I was told I would be charged a total of $800.00, I saw that their truck said they give 10% discount to Veterans and Seniors.  Somehow after he said he'd give me the discount, the bill still ended up at $800.00.  All it took to do my repair was to cut the copper line and add  a new valve ($20) and solder the line again.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBING COMPANY AND IF YOU DO, YOU'VE BEEN WARMED
