Bumble Breeze has different departments.  The tech that cleaned my dryer duct was 5 stars.

The plumbing department is a hot mess. 0 stars.  They never showed! They promised to be here 11-2. Then they said the tech was delayed.  Then the tech was on the way. At 3:30, I followed up with the company. Only then did I learn that my tech had an accident and would not be able to come out. They didn't know when they would have a tech available but offered to let me know when they did.  

Nah! I already waited 4.5 hours.  I'm not going to continue to wait some indefinite amount of time longer.

Giving 4 stars for cost reasons.

Pros:

Cons:
- $39 service fee for just showing up
- $129 service fee to do anything after showing up

Turns out the tube for my air gap popped out on my garbage disposal. It literally took the tech 20 seconds to pop it back in, no tools needed. He could have easily just charged me the $39 in hopes for my return service in the future (which would have happened for sure). But no. They charged me $129 to plug my air gap back in SMH. I will unlikely hire PlumbAIR again due to their pricing policies.
