Called the office and requested for assistance with our A/C.  They were so helpful and accommodating that they were able to schedule a same day appointment with a definite time frame.  Josh showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed the whole unit and pinpointed the problem. Well in the course of life we can all make bad decisions with extreme negative consequences. That was, me, Rice and the disposal. Don't try 2 pounds of dry rice in your disposal. I called 702 PlumbER and they sent out Mike Day the same day. He was incredibly professional and respectful of my house. I appreciated the fact that they charge by the service and not the hour. Mike attacked the problem from multiple angles. When something didn't work he never got frustrated. Instead he just tried something different. I also appreciated that 702 PlumbER did not charge a diagnostic charge. They will be the first and only company I call in the future for my plumbing needs
