They are nice people and all that but really had hard time unclogging a simple toilet clog and they also made a mess out off the bathroom with pieces coming off of dirty equipment. They almost were going to remove the toilet but luckily that did not happen. I got charged $250 for partially unclogged toilet which got clogged again the next day. I was clever enough to not call them again but found another plumber through my association, which unclogged the toilet in 10 mins and I didn't even have to clean up afterwards. I was charged second time so ended up paying crazy money for simple jon.  They must be good at other things looking at the reviews but not for unclogging toilets.

I called in Sunday night circa 9pm as my sewage was backed up. I explained the situation to Rob (the owner) over the phone, and he came in first thing the next morning. Rob and Junior resolved the issue for us within an hour. Very nice guys and I will call Urgent Drain again should any plumbing issue arise. Thank you for the great service!

We freaked out when we saw our water in our basement. Called Michael's Plumbing Service and he came out the same day. Figured out what caused the flooding and cleaned out our pipes. Even gave us a video for our records. Definitely recommend!

After so many years of trying to find the perfect plumber I finally did with Brooks Plumbing & Heating.  Adam went above and beyond to to fix a plumbing problem that two other previous plumbers couldn't resolve for me.  A keeper!

Adam from Eco Airlow Elmwood Park NJ failed to keep 3 appointments with me. The most recent one was this morning. After he assured me that he would come to my home to pressure test my AC since my home is not cooling down I drove 95 miles from South Jersey only to have him not show up. No texts or calls to me. I texted  and called him numerous times but have yet to receive any response from him. Very unprofessional. I'm sure he will have a lame excuse like he has done before. Not happy with him especially since I have a problem with the AC unit that he installed in the Spring.  Bob Iacullo

A Rooter Pros was so easy to work with! They were very responsive and handled the situation with urgency without charging an arm and a leg for emergency work. They unclogged the toilet at a retail store in a mall. Even though I scheduled it, I was not onsite when the work was being done but I did get an update once it was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Called ESP this morning (Sunday) after I had an issue with my water heater.  Anthony, over the phone, patiently, during the course of several photo text exchanges, was able to talk me through getting the heater up and running again.  I offered to pay for his time but he said that he was just happy to have helped me.  This is clearly a company that put's customer satisfaction above all else and I would highly recommend them.

Carleen in their office was very responsive and helpful in scheduling my appointment and getting a COI to my building. And the plumber who did the work was nice, got the job done quickly and was very helpful in explaining things to me. If I ever need a plumber I will certainly call them again.

I hired L & C to replace my parents' broken sewer pipes in Staten Island.  They came over within a couple hours to give an estimate, and started the project a day later.  The team did an excellent job, worked diligently to ensure the proper pitch was set for the new cast-iron pipe, and had everything completed within several hours.  My elderly parents felt at ease with the workers and are very appreciative of the hard work L & C did.  I definitely recommend L & C Sewer & Drains for your plumbing needs.

There's no getting around it, this company is expensive. But they are also reliable, skilled, and experience. When you have a serious problem that you need fixed, this is the company you call. The  bill will be larger, but you know that it will be done quickly and correctly.

They were incredibly communicative and helpful for me, even over the phone. The owner took his time via text and FaceTime to talk me through a repair process so that I could handle it myself, it was very helpful!

I had a clog sewer line the plumber came and water jetted the system. Unfortunately he left in a hurry and I had to call the company back. The manager responded promptly came and fix the issue. I can't recommend a better company if you need a plumber.

John Gardner, the great Secretary of HEW who created both Head Start and Medicare, once said, A society that exalts philosophers and disrespects plumbers will soon find out that neither its theories nor its pipes hold water.  Well, three guys from Roto Rooter (Fred/423; Carlos/429; and Stewart/3347) just showed us how gifted plumbers can be, when they went eight feet deep into the ground next to our foundation, the backhoe threading a needle between a gas pipe and a water pipe only inches wider than the bucket, to replace a faulty section of sewer line.  From the moment they arrived on the scene, these three displayed a winning combination of competence, commitment, and courtesy that should be a model for all companies who serve customers.  What is more, we were impressed with the technology they used both in solving our problem but also in following the extraordinary safety measures the home office monitored and managed via their smart phones.  A total winner from start to finish!

If I could give Russo Brothers negative stars... I would. They pride themselves on treating your home as if it was their own. The service was sub par, they got sludge on my new carpet, and charged 3 times what the original quote was. I took the day off to be home while they worked and at no point did they come up and let me know that the price would go up for the work they were doing. they charged $198.00 to put on a toilet handle. if I had known that was the price I would have done it myself. They snaked my sewer line and told me it collapsed and shut the water off. They told me I had 24 hours to schedule them to fix it and the price was $16,000.00. After several second opinions and staying at a hotel for 7 days, I had a sewer specialist check the line and he said it was clear with no breakage!!!! If I gave in to the panic they induced I would have paid $16,000.00 for no reason.
Bottom Line: Poor service, bad work ethic, astronomic prices, total swindlers.

I had drain backup and had water in basement . They sent out two guys whose name currently Escape me quickly . Hey were polite, courteous and got to the root of the problem. Definitely would recommend again and the love the 30 day guarantee. Thanks .

We called Super Plumbers Royal for a quote on a job we wanted done in Hoboken. They never showed up, even though coming and looking at the project would have only taken 5 minutes.

Before you read further, please notice that most 5 star reviews for this company elsewhere are 1 year old or more! I called on a Thursday and someone said they would come between 11am and 1pm on Friday. Well, not only did no one show up, no one bothered to call either. We waited around all day and finally called around 4pm to see what happened.

They said they got behind but someone could come on Saturday. So my husband stayed home all day waiting for them and again, nothing!

It's now 5pm on Saturday and we haven't heard from anyone.

If we can't count on someone to show up for the quote, which is the easy part, then we cannot rely on them to get the real job done.

P.S. Rick from Royal just called, and when my husband expressed the concern above he was told by Rick, it's because we do such great work, and we are very busy . . . but if that's the attitude you have, then that's great have a great day!

Rick was unapologetic and acted like we would be lucky to have them come and do our work. They may be the best plumbers on the planet but we would never get the chance to know it if they never show up to do the work.

So for that it's zero star service all around. This is a highly competitive industry with lots of quality people who will show up and do the job. For anyone reading this, just skip them and go to the next guy. I'll post another review on the other company when the job is done.
