Michael and his team are what you would consider going above and beyond what is expected. We had a leak in our finished basement over Memorial Day weekend and they made all our problems go away. They took the time to explain what it was they were doing and you can tell they were genuine and not just out to make a cash grab. It's rare these days to find that kind of service. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

Steve is very nice an polite and always  had a smile.he is a nice person to have around doing your work he did it fast to an a great job i would  us him again this is not a scam it's  a real post from a job that was done in my house.

My bathtub was leaking through my kitchen ceiling. Adam came to give me an estimate within a half hour of my initial call at 7pm. The next morning he was there at 8 am and got the job done within a couple hours. Great service.

They were incredibly communicative and helpful for me, even over the phone. The owner took his time via text and FaceTime to talk me through a repair process so that I could handle it myself, it was very helpful!

They came out and charged a service call. I was told I would get an estimate in a day or two. Tech never got back to me.

Im a DIY type of girl, but plumbing is a little intimidating.  I contacted Admiral and not only did they beat a competitor's estimate by a few hundred dollars, they charged me a third of the original estimate.  

They identified that my problem was not as significant ane even showed me how to swap out my own fixtures.  Great customer service.

If you value your time and money, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

On Thursday, they made me wait 3 hours for service and then never showed up. On Friday, they showed up, provided a price quote and scheduled workers to arrive on Saturday. On Saturday, no one called or showed up and George was not responsive to my calls.

They are typical, unreliable contractors. Highly unprofessional. Lack customer service skills. No integrity. DO NOT CALL THEM. RUN!

Very unprofessional service.  I paid $225 for an electricity check and report at our Manhattan apartment to assess the capacity for a ductless A/C installation.  The electrician's report was never provided despite multiple requests over a period of weeks.
