Best System Maintenance in New Orleans LA

I recently had to replace my home HVAC and ductwork, which was very old. large and inefficient.  After meeting with several companies to get quotes on the job, I chose to have Natal's work on my home.  Natal's had the highest level of knowledge, professionalism, and quality of work.

I was extremely impressed with the technical knowledge that the design tech, Patrick, brought in our initial meeting.  He was able to quickly assess my home and make several recommendations to meet my home requirements as well as my preferences.  The owner also seems to be very involved and spoke with me a few times during the process.  I found it reassuring that the company has engaged leadership.

The installation went as scheduled even with unpredictable Louisiana afternoon showers and a looming storm in the gulf.  The install team lead by Michael and supported by Raiko showed up on time everyday, were professional and had excellent communication throughout the job.  They did a premium installation of the rigid ductwork and HVAC.  They cleaned up everyday and made sure that all my expectations were met. These guys are pros!

After the installation, Patrick, came back to perform a quality control inspection and answered all and any questions.  

Needless to say, I was nervous about having this work done on my home, but these guys did the job and and met all expectations along the way.  Natal's will be getting my yearly AC service from now on and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing high quality AC service, replacement or repair.

I needed minor plumbing repairs. This company provided timely, high quality services. Would definitely use them again.

We called accutemp Wednesday advised them we needed an electrician to come out and take care of our fire suppressant system's microchip (per the fire suppressant company)  accutemp took our information and then contacted us back to make the appt and confirm it for Friday 9am. I received a call 1.5 hr before they were supposed to come out to tell me I need to contact the fire suppressant company to ask if they have someone to come out for the job.

This could have easily been informed to me when I called to make the appointment.
The fire suppressant company already came out to do their part and only the electrician needs to come out to complete the microchip side. The fact that they had to call me back Wednesday to set up and confirm the appointment made me feel that they knew what they were coming out to do. Sadly, that's not the case. They didn't even make an attempt to come out to see what was supposed to be done. But now I know, Accutemp is false advertising since electrician is not part of their forte.

Good honest service.  On time.  Explained everything.

My service guy (James I think. He's from the north shore) was amazing. I absolutely loved him! He was super helpful and made it an easy process. He did his best to educate me about my issue. I had a hugeeeee toilet leak and drain clogs as a result of flushable wipes. He was thorough and efficient. He came a few minutes early (after calling) which I appreciated because I hate waiting on repair people. I would absolutely hire him and blue frog again. In fact I'd specifically request him. 5/5 on his service.

I took a star off because I felt like I bought the repair package thing that allows me to have priority and get a discount on future services for year seems like an unnecessary up charge in hindsight. I don't know that it was worth the money because I looked back at the price difference and the cost of services really didn't seem to be much difference in price. It may turn out to be useful if I have to call them again so the jury is still out for the last star.

P.S. no flushable wipes. It's horrible for toilets.

I have used Pete's on several issues since I moved here in 2012. The work has always been of high quality. Their cost is higher than other plumbers, but their work and cleanup is excellent.
NOW, however, AN ISSUE HAS ARISEN, that, 2 years after they completed there work, is problematic.
During a kitchen renovation, I hired them to also install an emergency shut off valve near my water meter. According to national building code, there should be a shutoff valve between the supply valve and the house, 24 from the supply valve. They did so, but did it improperly. Recently, when they were not available, another plumber used the valve and noted they had installed it BACKWARDS. The significance being that the house lines cannot be bled for work in the hose.
I called and told them their Master Licensed Plumber put it in backwards. They offered to come out and reinstall it properly, BUT ID HAVE TO PAY THEM $225.00 TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE!

Steer clear of this company! Had a tech come out because I noticed it took longer for the house to cool. When he arrived he said I had a leak, so I expected him to do his job and find the leak. He went into the attic for a few minutes, didn't say anything and filled up the outside Condenser unit with 2 lbs of A410 Freon at $95 a lb.
He asked me when the last time I had any Freon added. The outside unit was only 3 years old and under warranty.
I asked him to clean the outside unit which he hosed down. Total bill $393. Didn't mention anything about a leak so I assumed things were OK only to have the unit cut out 5 days later.
Called back and sent the same tech out who came and immediately said ' I told you you had a leak' in a berating manner. He then goes back into the attic and lo and behold finds the leak coming from the coil. Stated I need a new coil. Cost almost $2,000.
I got another company who came and not only saw the leak in the attic coil but detected a smaller leak in the outside condenser coil which was still under warranty.
Bottom line, if all the tech wants to do is add freon and not detect or fix the problem get another company that will.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

Never will use again! Expensive and unprofessional, not recommended, shows up whenever they want to.
