Our business toilet has been having some issues on and off for a few years. We got a quote from another plumber who started to repipe but ended up screwing us and leaving the job poorly half done. A second plumbing company in town gave us an astronomical quote. We've struggled to find a good, reasonable, genuine plumber to work for our business for a while.

Not anymore. Every experience with honest plumbing was nothing short of fantastic. They came out right away to fix our toilet, and communication was clear and great. They were honest about the repipe still needing to be completed and got us on the schedule quickly, even during the holiday season. The woman who answers the phones was sweet, super helpful, and very understanding.

Once he actually did the job he also fixed some of the previous poor work, and did a great job explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He made me feel confidant and comfortable in the work he was doing. I won't be using anyone else for any of my businesses in Murfreesboro or in Nashville. These kind folks live up to their name: honest.

He quickly came out and he wrote a quote for me and then he quickly got the job done and surprisingly the bill was actually the amount in the quote.

Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. Mike contacted me after my post on Nextdoor where I was describing that I was struggling with water damage in my home, and offered his expertise. I was extremely impressed with the service I received.

Mike arrived on time, and was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issues that I had. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he also offered some helpful advice on how to prevent future problems. He also was able to get a licensed roofer out, who confirmed his suspicions! They worked on this issue together and knew exactly what the problem was.

The quality of his work was top-notch, and he even made sure to take garbage bags full of moldy, soaking wet insulation and drywall out. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of expertise and professionalism that he displayed.

Mike also gave me advice on how to deal with my HOA that refuses to take responsibility for the damage done to my home due to maintenance negligence. He made me feel that I'm not alone in it.

Overcharged by a LOT to recharge air conditioner. R410A refrigerant is $23/lb for a 25lb bottle. I was charged $77/lb to fill my 12lb system. Very costly, making a 200% profit on refrigerant is pretty despicable

My water heater burst a few weeks ago, and while Jack Ward & Sons didn't have the cheapest quote out of all the plumbers I called, the price was reasonable (in comparison) and the people I spoke to in the office were very friendly and helpful. They patiently and kindly explained what would be involved and what was included, how the price was calculated, and what it would cost extra for emergency service if I wanted it done same-day instead of the next day (several of the plumbers I spoke to wouldn't have been able to come for 4-5 days, which would have left me without running water the whole time because there was no hot-water shutoff in my house!).

Travis & Jayce showed up when they said they would, and took time to talk to my home warranty company on the phone before doing anything so I could make sure I'd qualify for reimbursement, and then efficiently removed my old water heater, installed a new one with a new drip pan, and added a hot water shutoff so I could turn off just the water heater in the future. They also identified a leak in a pipe I hadn't noticed, and replaced that section of pipe. They worked cleanly, quickly, and with high quality, and were also very friendly throughout, answering my questions and offering advice about water heaters in general, the leaking pipe, and about working with contractors when I have to get all the water damage taken care of.

Great experience all around! Hopefully I won't need a new water heater again anytime soon, but I'll keep them in mind for any other plumbing jobs that come up.

Great company to hire for any plumbing work. I couldn't be happier with the job done or professionalism shown by this company. Changed out a water heater and fixed/replaced pipes that could have been extremely dangerous. Even things my home inspection didn't see, they made sure to fix.

Did a good job of cleaning out a sewer line. Also ran a camera down it to locate approximately where the problem was and the route of the line( I always thought it went straight out to the street, but apparently took a dog leg to the side street.

Pleased with the service, I thought it a bit high on the pricing but they responded quickly and showed up on time, so I guess worth it.

This company is very sketchy actually this guy isn't even licensed bonded or insured they didn't do none of there  work was up to codes and the owner jason seems to have a bad drug problem they left our house a disaster and flooded they never answer the phone just a horrible company stay away from these guys

Update : actually get a reply from this company on this review and they want to act like it's another company SMH stay clear away from this company I've also filed complaint with bbb to try to get a refund for what they did

had to add a star.  Asked them to come out to service our AC and also give us a quote on replacing the system.  Originally the quote was pretty high but since we do a lot of business with them they discounted 15% and then he found a few more things to cut the cost.  I still think it could have been done cheaper but I believe in paying for quality and thats what we always get from Lee.  Our AC was about 30 years old, one unit didnt work at all so we really needed to get it done.  They replace EVERYTHING, and there were some things we really didnt need but I allowed it because I wanted the system to be perfect.  They showed up three days later and did the work.  Techs were great.  Very personable and cleaned up everything.  They never stopped working.  The salesman understood we wanted the best for the price.  He sold us the most energy efficient and low price units he could.  He listened to us and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need.  I admit with a lot of reviewers that they are not cheap but they will work with you to lower cost and in the long run, they stand behind there work and you just have to pay a little extra for that piece of mind.

Kris when above and beyond. He was out within an hour when our kitten went missing and the vent cover had been found removed. We recovered the missing kitten. They did an amazing job during a stressful situation. Highly recommend. Good people.

first the good:
provided a very clear quote with the work and service involved. we were given details on the equipment and parts to be installed
when some issues with the electrical came up, they found solutions and got it to work without added charges
the installers and then the electricians who came were super nice and professional, staying a lot later than expected

the neutral:
they are rather expensive, even compared to prices/quotes I got for my properties in Boston (generally speaking Boston is about 30% more expensive than nashville on average, and even more when you factor in boonies). but, they felt solid enough
I am not a fan of Gov Lee at all and if not for florida and texas would say he's the worst governor in the entire country. I know he's no longer afiliated with the lee company, but it is his family's business and i'm sure he still has a lot of $$ interests, etc.

the negatives:
the electrician folks had to come a day or two later to do the wiring correctly, but they had no information at all related to what the installers did, and then they ended up ripping it all out and redoing it, which is just an awful lot of extra time and hassle, and as a result we lost the very last open slot in our electric panel. a small thing but the electricians kept repeatedly asking me technical questions that I would have assumed should be handled between them and the installers as they are all employees of Lee.
they wouldnt really even look at or help with any of the ductwork and randomly threw out a quote of $7k to completely redo it all--it just had some unattached ducts and mediocre settings for the airflow (too much to some spaces, too little elsewhere). An hvac professional could have gone in and adjusted it all in less than an hour with less than $100 in material. I did it myself with some trial and error and help from a family friend over the phone (hvac pro, but over 1000 miles away) so we got it done, just took me the better part of a day plus a couple return trips to the crawlspace. I would have paid $400-500ish for them to do the work, but I can also respect if it's not part of their general wheelhouse. I'm including that in the negative solely because their website implies they would do this sort of work as well. In boston, I had a few indepentent hvac guys I could have called and woud have  shown up and taken care of it quickly and easily for under $200. But, we're new to TN and dont have a super trustworthy network of people yet.

Overall, happy with the job done and the system works well. In the future, I'll likely purchase equipment myself and just hiring an electrician. But, if its for something complicated and/or involving a lot of moving parts and I'm pressed for time as well, I won't hesitate to use them again. I'll add some photos soon! 2 months or so later and the system works really well.
