Also, Dimitri is the best. He went above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable without trying to get you spend extra money. He was always on time too and is extremely thorough. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Our project took three weeks to complete, and it was incredible how non-invasive and clean Dimitri was, even through snowstorms. Plus, he was great/considerate with pets.

Our main sewer line was backed up on a weekend and they were still able to come out ($100 charge for weekends ). Even though the plumber was late, he did call to let us know which meant alot. They upheld their quote & the total came out to what they said it would be. They did a great job & would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional.

Definition of mediocrity, lies, neglect, and unprofessionalism. Mark overinflated his abilities and failed to deliver the final product in a timely fashion. Mark Mathis claims though does not possess a license to provide his services, fails to furnish a contract, and operates with complete abandonment. The quality of workmanship and vendors he employs are next-level trash. Seek another professional at all costs!

I would never recommend Scott Ferrell of Lakes Area Home Improvement to anyone. He is dishonest, combative and treats his customers with zero respect - especially female clients. If a project doesn't go smoothly or needs to be fixed, you can be certain it was your fault. And you'll pay to have it fixed. His excuses are the same with every customer. Be prepared for an astronomical bill that is he unwilling to explain and demands for immediate payment - or you'll be stuck with his endless harassment, name-calling and threats. Truly despicable business conduct. There are so many honest, excellent tradesmen in Minneapolis. Avoid this one.
