When we bought our house, it had significant plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. The listing agent for the house had used Erickson for winterizing the home, and since they were already familiar with the house's quirks, we used them for our plumbing issues. Every single time I called the Erickson office, Zach went out of his way to help me. His staff was great - knowledgeable and able to put things in non-plumber terms for me. We will use Erickson again, although I hope we don't need to.

I have been using PJS Plumbing for years.  They have done multiple jobs at a couple of different locations and we have been thrilled with the work each time.  Pete the owner is very knowledgeable, honest, prompt and professional.  You get all of that and PJS is very reasonably priced.  In fact, I think they should charge more.  Whether you're doing a massive renovation and simply don't have the time to install some new faucets, I would highly recommend PJS.

We have called Roman at Rescue Sewer and Drain twice, with plumbing emergencies. Both times, he was very professional, polite and helped me understand the cause of the issues and ways to improve our plumbing. Roman has very competitive pricing and will go beyond to do the job the right way and not take advantage of clients that do not understand plumbing. Great service and great quality of work!

I'm so grateful that I found Mark and his company's information in the Villager!  He was booked out a week in advance but was able to squeeze us in NEXT DAY!  We were working with Contractors from Hell and they did something to cause the pressure in our shower to be non-existent.  He came over, identified the issue, fixed it on the spot and even took the time to explain it!  We were getting a General Contractor quote at the time (to fix CFH issues) and he even advised us to work with them first before he did anything to help with the dishwasher install.

Great rates, great responsiveness, very honest and trustworthy.  I'm so thankful to stumble across him and wanted to share with the Yelp! community.

Plumb Right just left. Again they did the job right when the other guy didn't. They install correctly, they diagnose correctly. However, if you have dogs, make sure they shut the gate to the back yard with they leave!

I had them install an air conditioner, they were very skilled, and I am happy with the installation, and the job that they did. They did an excellent job, customer service was also excellent .!!!

From the initial scheduling and dispatch call to the person doing the work (Tim in my case, twice for two different things in the last year) the experience is wonderful.  It makes a nasty situation so much easier to deal with.

My 2009 Rheem water heater was leaking water at a pretty good pace and needed to be fixed/replaced. I consulted Yelp and called two places that said they could schedule an appointment in six days to assess the situation. I called A Aart's Speedy Plumbing/Tim's Quality Plumbing (I don't know why they have multiple names). They said they could come assess the issue in six days for a trip charge of less than $150. If I wanted to replaced the water heater I would not pay a trip charge and they could come that same day. The quote was just under $1,300 for replace and haul away. I asked about other costs and they said that there could be extra costs to bring up to code but they didn't expect it. I agreed and they replaced the unit that day. There were extra charges: they brought some things up to code and charged to move my water softener out of they way. The plumber called me with the extra costs before he started. Final cost was just over $1,500. I didn't compare them to other plumbers' prices, so I cannot speak to the value I received for the money. However, they made it convenient and worked quickly. Update: The water heater they installed began to leak from the top. They said it was a bad water heater, it was under warranty and they replaced it.

Amazing company with excellent technicians that are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I know absolutely nothing about Air conditioning, and they gave me every possible option, including repairing my existing equipment which saved me a great deal of money. I'd recommend them to anyone needing Heating or AC repairs. Great company!!!!

Called to have a/c serviced at 1:30 pm on Friday of a holiday weekend. We were amazed to have a tech at our house within 1h30 as we fully expected to schedule for the following week. Courteous and knowledgable, the tech not only got our a/c up and running but also spotted and fixed a gas leak we didn't know we had! So glad we called! We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend to those looking for professional, no-hassle service.

I see Sabre vans coming in and out of my neighborhood all of the time. So we thought we would use them when we wanted to get estimates on heating our garage.
We called three times. Left messages all three times. No call backs. Called one more time and we got an appointment for today at 12pm. Guess what? He is a no show. Sigh. Please do not use them. Find someone else. They are not responsive and have poor customer service.

Clint came out to replace a pvc pipe that was unglued at the joint.  We flooded every time the kitchen sink was emptied.  As usual Clint's work is top notch.  However the cost of this repair was 500 plus another 140 to run a snake down the drain.  Clint, I like you and you do good work, but I think you are priced a little excessive.  

I will close by saying that we've never needed him to redo his work.  His workmanship is top notch and done right every time.  Maybe the cost is worth it but right now i need an aspirin.

They need an Estimator available a full day, all week. I have used Richfield Plumbing in the past (previous home), and was very happy with them. Contacted them last week via their website and then followed up with a call to explain a few items too complicated to try to explain in the little web form. Nice gal told me their Estimator would need to talk to me, he's out, will be back next week. So I wait for a call.

Got an email Tuesday *afternoon* telling me that their Estimator can be called 6:30-11:30am Monday through Wednesday. Again, this was Tuesday AFTERNOON. So basically, gave me one morning to call, and it's my busiest morning this week. So now I can't talk to the guy until next week?! I originally contacted them LAST week because I need the work done THIS week.

Well it's Thursday. I gotta go with someone else 'cuz I need to talk to someone about it today, and get it scheduled ASAP. Bummed and irritated.

I would not recommend this Plumbing outfit to anyone I understand and know how much plumbers cost but if you want to get ripped off go ahead and contact Terry just ridiculously overpriced.

I've known these guys since they did a boiler installation for me in 2008.  They were by the far the lowest bid of the three that I received.  Service has always been excellent.  They are also always willing to give you a few minutes of advice over the phone of a few things to check before you order service, which can be a real money-saver.  Greg in particular has been very great to work with.

Last winter we had Deans Plumbing, Inc. come for an emergency furnace repair in the dead of winter. They came to our rescue quickly and the cost for repairing the furnace was cheaper than we thought it would be. We were very satisfied with them so I didn't hesitate to call them again for some plumbing work.

I can hardly believe that this is the same company! The Deans plumber gave an estimate of $788 to repipe a small area near the water shut off valves in the laundry room, and replace the valves and fix the leaky faucets. The Dean's plumber also informed me that my kitchen sink water valves were not up to code, and he could replace the faucets with levers for $639. Mind you, nothing is wrong with them so I didn't request anything to be done there - this guy just opened the cabinet and saw the opportunity to try to bleed me for $639. I did ask him for an estimate to cap off the gas for our stove and dryer, which was $424!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He also told me my water heater was broken and offered to sell me a new one for $1763.

I asked him to identify and fix what ever was leaking water into our basement. He told me it was too wet to tell. The cost to replace our broken sump pump was quoted at $963. I think he was going to charge me for giving this estimate, but I couldn't help laughing at these insane prices. I couldn't wait to get his scammy a** out of my house.

Then I called H2C, another plumbing company for an estimate. (I'm going into some detail here in order to illustrate competence and ethics of Dean's Plumbing.) The H2C person who came was a master plumber and part owner of the company. He was so much more thorough in inspecting our water problem. Taking things apart, looking over everything. He did the laundry room re-piping, replaced the corroded shut off valves, fixed the leaky faucets.

The H2C guy told me there was nothing wrong with my water heater, and it was not leaking water. He identified several factors causing the water accumulation. To remedy this he rerouted the water softener connections and eliminated other factors to the point where we are pretty sure the water is leaking through our foundation. Lastly he capped off both kitchen and laundry gas. The TOTAL cost for all this: $310!!!!!!!!!

I did a rough estimate on my own based on the amount of time the H2C plumber spent fixing some of the things quoted by Dean's. No joke, the Dean's would be making around $800 an hour! Who makes that kind of money?!?!?!?! So anyway, Dean's lost me forever as a customer. I see that they do get a fair amount of great reviews. Most of the great reviews come from people in my former situation - emergency calls when the heat goes out. The people giving low ratings all had a similar plumbing situation as I.

This makes me think that there is different management for the heating vs plumbing. For plumbing, I would say these people are not only scammers, but also incompetent.

Service Today is extremely overpriced and provides poor quality work. I had an electrical fixture project that was not completed professionally - it required additional work to fix the poor work done. I have been waiting weeks for customer service to respond. Highly not recommended! Save your money and a headache and go elsewhere.

Would have given zero stars if an option.

Had all the water shut off valves replaced in my house- well paid to. They skipped the one behind the fridge and then had to call them back because they screwed up hooking up the hot and cold water for the washer. No one apologized- just said I didn't have to pay the service charge because it was their error. Didn't make me feel comfortable calling them again
