After 5 days and 2 visits , informed us that the project should be done by different company

Donn and Melissa kindly stepped in to help when the painter who SAID he did wood repair suddenly said he DIDN'T. They came over same day to look at and estimate the wood repair job, then rearranged their schedule a bit so the repair could be finished before the painters started. The estimate was detailed, itemized and included the products used on my home. Since wood is expensive right now, I got two bids. The other only came in $100 less and the individual was not nearly as personable or detailed as BV Handyman. I was unexpectedly called away to an out-of-town funeral and I was completely comfortable having Donn and Melissa do the work in my absence. Their communication through texting and pictures was excellent. They were respectful of my tenant. My boyfriend stopped by to check on the job and said everything was going great. Bottom line: Excellent work. Excellent customer service. Kind people. I will call them first next time!

Sent in a detailed request for handyman work and finishing of an large closet (sealing, drywall, paint, closet hardware install).  I got back an initial email with the appointment time and the estimator's name.

Complete Handyman didn't follow up until after the appointment time had come and gone, and then...only when I emailed to ask if it was possible to reschedule.  The excuse given was that Square didn't save my email or phone.  So it wasn't possible to contact me to reschedule.  (This seems unlikely since the initial contact for the appt. was by email.)

I offered alternate dates and times...but heard nothing more from Complete Handyman.

The only reason I am writing this review is because I reached out to John without getting a response. In September I paid John $175.00 to weatherize my windows, he went around with a caulk gun and put caulk around my windows. Not knowing if that was what weatherization is I paid the man. Fast forward, all my windows still have the same draft coming in that it had the previous year. I texted the numbers I used prior to the so call work being completed, to let him know I still have a draft. No one has tried to respond to my concerns. I will tell everyone do not use Handyman John!!!
