Have used Viking Plumbing a couple of times, and they've been great!

Competent, professional, plumbers that do the work quickly and for a fair price. (Currently, minimum first half hour $98, $39/15min after---no additional trip fee.)

This most recent visit, I had a nasty clog cleared and a bidet installed (yeah, I know I could have done these myself, but it was worth $350 to have someone else do it---it was a nasty clog!)

Highly recommend and will use their services again!

(As an aside, I had to get some botched electrical work fixed quickly, and Viking recommended Nelco Electric---who was also great!)

I read numerous positive reviews on Thumbtack regarding water softener repairs by this outfit, and I'm VERY pleased to say Waterfoul Plumbing did not disappoint!  Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. He's also very reasonable in terms of price. Waterfoul is now our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks, Corey!

I had my sewer snaked out to the curb. They didn't leave any mess and it was priced on par with other times I've had it done in the past and cheaper than the bigger names in drain cleaning. Also, I asked them to investigate a bad smell coming from under a sink. They spent a while trying to figure it out and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend their services!

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. Anytime you need any sort of drain service, please call Dan!

Our sewer backed up over night and Kevin had great response time.  He made it to our house and fixed our problem before mid afternoon on the same day!  He gave honest recommendations, was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions.  I greatly recommend GreenLeaf Drain Cleaning and will definitely call them again when needed.

Chris Urban is a master plumber. We have used Chris Urban twice now. I can handle most things around the house and I have attempted most things such as installed faucets, installed water filtration systems, water to ice maker and installed new water softener but occasionally come across things I just don't want to do/attempt or can't figure out. First visit was for a leak that I wasn't able to get to and diagnose so my wife had him over based on Yelp reviews. Chris diagnosed the issue and quickly resolved it. The next visit was a few days ago for an issue with our water heater and backdrafting. WE Energy just installed a new gas meter and while checking for leaks in the house he said the water heater wasn't exhausting properly. We had our HVAC (recently installed a new furnace) come out to see if they did something to change the exhaust that may have caused this issue. Nope, recommend calling a plumber as water heater is not HVAC issue. I called Chris and immediately he rerouted to our house as he was on his way to another job to assess the issue. Wow, I couldn't ask for more!  He looked at it all and said there isn't any issue that WE Energy didn't know what they were talking about. Chris could have sold me on X, Y or Z issue and I wouldn't have known. So honesty is a strong trait with Urban's Plumbing. He didn't charge for the visit and explained what could have been the issue. Thanks Chris!  I wouldn't hesitate to call Chris to do any job now and most likely will instead of me stumbling through plumbing work that I have no idea!  If you are looking for a plumber, give Urban's Plumbing a call. Your technicians don't just come in and throw the job together they investigate why the problem exists and provide you with preventive measures.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First, they never showed for their first appointment, nor the rescheduled and then the next rescheduled! I wanted to ensure I was home when the outside foundation work was to be done. They came on an unscheduled day, preformed the WRONG work, when I was gone! After I realized skid steer tracks in my yard, I first realized they had worked that day and discovered the entirely wrong work done! After demanding the correct work be done or a full refund, Jim quickly stated call a lawyer and hung up on me! Mind you, I'm at a loss of $4,000. The work was paid in advance. A big mistake on my end. Fun Fact: After contacting a lawyer, it is shown that IHN has been in over 50 lawsuits! This makes sense to why he was so quick to tell me to lawyer up! Being sued is clearly normal business for them. Don't risk it!!

I received outstanding service from Charlie and Adam. They replied and responded promptly to my request for a scoping of my kitchen drain. They were not only very professional but the rate for same service was not only fair, but much lower than another plumbing company quoted. Quite unbelievable how other companies will gouge you if you don't price compare. Highly recommend Econo Sewer and Drain. Thank you Charlie and Adam!

On 1/2/2015 they installed a hot water heater that was manufactured on 2/10/2009.  Obviously, this didn't last long and had to be replaced recently.  Of course, they also didn't return any phone calls or respond to a request from the BBB.  If this is they type of service you want then go for it--Good luck!  I highly recommend you avoid this company and hire a different plumber!

Pipe Master came to unplug our slow toilet (31 January 2018).  They could not and instead replaced the toilet with a new one.  For this and some minor stuff we were charged $870.38.   In December 2018, we called Pipe Master back because the toilet was leaking.  Although this was less than a year from installation, we were charged $174.24.  Now, in April 2019, four months later, the toilet is leaking again.  Now Pipe Master has refused to answer my phone calls (three voice mail messages) and an email.  We feel we are being cheated.   We will contact a trustworthy plumber this time.

I called Ben to unclog my bathroom drain. He arrived around 9:30 a.m. He told me it was clogged in the sewer line and he would have to snake it. He started snaking the sewer drain. After a couple hours I asked him how it was going, and he said it was bad but he thought he could get it. I checked on him every couple hours after that and he said he thought he could clear the clog. At around 5 or 6 o'clock he told me he thought the sewer pipe was BROKEN outside the house and he wouldn't be able to fix it today. He gave me a 5 THOUSAND DOLLAR QUOTE!!!!! to fix the sewer pipe. So, I asked how much I owed him for the day, and he charged me $850 and didn't accomplish anything. He was also on his cellphone about 90% of the time. The next day I had Roto Rooter come in and they cleared my CLOGGED sewer pipe by the end of the day. The sewer pipe was never broken. I would never have or recommend flow rite do any plumbing in my house.

My wife and I built a home. The builder has used Wilkes Plumbing for many of his jobs. I talked with the owners wife who handles sales and pricing. We had things in the home that we wanted to upgrade. My wife and I set an appointment to meet with the owner. At that time we had questions as to what the itemized cost of things were and what the cost of the alternative option would be. Things seemed off because she could never give a straight answer. I had to ask multiple times because I want to be sure of things. She would never tell me the cost of the original options and would never tell me the actual cost of the alternative. She would only give me estimated additional cost over the estimate. (example: The larger tub would be an additional $300 on top of our initial bid). This made it very difficult to weigh our options. Our third option would have been to purchase things our own. We would not know if we had better pricing if we did not know the original price. I also wanted to know that if I wanted to purchase my own tub what would our credit be for them not providing the originally quoted item. She told me she did not know the prices which was understandable. She claimed she would email me the prices of everything the next day. She emailed me a list and once again the list was only composed of price differences and not an actual itemized pricing of their services or products. The price difference was reasonable and despite my frustration I was advised to just continue because going with anyone else at that time would delay our build. I agreed that we would pay the additional for the upgrades. They were scheduled to start working a week or two after. Upon a visit to the home I found all of their supplies in the house so they could start working the following day. Everything we requested looked to be correct. Up until this point they had been fairly professional even with my reservations with the pricing. They had also been on time and friendly. We were happy. The next day I received an email claiming that the total price had increase. It was substantially higher than previously communicated in emails. I immediately called the owners wife and questioned the email. I was not happy. She had told me that the prices was higher because the changes were based off of the building plans and not the estimate. The building plans were designed to have a walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. She said the price was based off the house having a modular shower/tub combo. The shower and tub would be extra. The home design never had a modular unit and always was designed to have a shower and tub. It appeared that she had based the allowance off of the generic price she regularly charges this builder and not specific to the building plans we had. I told her that this was not acceptable because when we had met with her we had a copy of our plans with us and had previously requested she had itemized costs ready when we meet. She did not have that and never took the time to recognize that my home was a different design than she had previously provided service to. As a business professional she should have had a way of handling this. None of this would have happened if she would have originally provided the information I had requested. I told her that the new price was simply not feasible. She said they had already started the install and that it was to late. I told her to stop working on the job because I do not approve the additional costs and I will not be liable for them. I was irate and spoke to her in such manner. I told her no further work is authorized until costs have been reviewed. I went to the house to check on the status of what was already done. The plumbers were still there working. As soon as I walked in an older man confronted me saying are you the owner I told him yes. He started yelling and got in my face saying if you ever talk to my wife like that again you'll regret it. I told him that his wife was trying to pull one over on me. It turned into a big fight. They would not leave and so I did because I was concerned about my safety. I had emailed them and told them to only do what was in the original estimate. I had to buy and install my own tub and build my own shower including laying a cement shower pan. I still was forced to pay them extra because they would not allow any other person to work on the job because they held the permit. If I wanted another person to work on it I would have had to have the city pull their permit and issue one to the new contractor. It would have delayed my build and Wilkes would not have finished the job they were over charging me for. I was stuck. I was lied to, over charged, screamed at, and threatened. In the end I still had to pay extra and did not get anything from them that I had wanted in my home. Worst experience ever and I would never recommend anyone to use them.
