We were staying at our relatives home in Miami recently when we came home from dinner to a mess. A pipe had broken and was leaking water in the kitchen we were able to shut off the main. Their neighbor was outside and we asked them who to call as we were not familiar with anyone in the area the recommended Brothers Backflow.  We made the call the next morning and they were out in a couple hours and had everything repaired at a reasonable cost.

Within a couple of minutes I received a call from a plumber who agreed to be at my condo within 30minutes for a free estimate. Adrian and his partner arrived on time, were extremely profesional, and identified the problem within minutes. Pricing was extremely reasonable and a fraction of the cost I was being quoted by others for just a service call.

From the phone service to the plumbers I was extremely satisfied. The plumber arrived on time, his demeanor was courteous and professional despite the fact that it took him 3 1/2 hours to complete the job.  I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to this plumber by a friend who had a clogged sink on Christmas day, thankfully their plumber was able to save the day and allow the family to enjoy Christmas Eve dinner as planned.

From start to finish this was the best plumbing experience I have ever had. The woman who set up the appointment was very nice and I promptly received an email confirming date and time. Responded quickly. But exaggerated the transit needed that was not urgent. Ram bill up 11k no exaggeration.  All I needed was to clear the line with the snake.
I was terribly upset disappointed and nervous.
The crew was very polite but I feeling I was scammed.  
After declining to 11 k. It came to 2 k.  Still ridiculous.
Very disappointing and I feel like a victim.

While the technicians were professional and respectful, RotoRooter as a company is astronomically overpriced and a poor value. For only 2 hours of label it cost me $1,400. They simply had to install 2 shut off valves on a water line. And they didn't even have to solder anything. They ProPressed the copper pipes. Highway robbery. And they didn't come within the allotted window. They were late. I hate to call and find out when a technician would be arriving, not the other way around. The dispatcher on the phone was extremely rude. I would definitely source a plumber elsewhere if you're not in a pinch to get a project done. Really unfortunate how expensive this was. Overall a negative experience.
