The supervisor is a nut job. First appointment on Monday was canceled so they re-scheduled for Thursday. Plumber showed up an hour before Condo assoc would let him thru the gate. After 3 hours waiting and my appointment time had passed I called and they told me the man felt sick and decided to go home. He will not be doing any more jobs today. I said I doubt that and why didn't anybody call me, I would have been waiting all day, but let's reschedule for Monday. I leave back to NY on Tuesday so someone has to be there Monday. A phone call comes from this putz who tells me he does not want to do the job because I doubted them. After my very calm explanation of that word was taken out of context and I need you to do the job he hung up on me. It forced me to find another plumber in the area. I did so and they were excellent. So, from every bad comes some good. Now I'm glad Brothers did not come, but it was annoying and very childish and stupid of this guy.. wish I got his name. The only one who called twice and canceled was Michelle the receptionist.

Miami Emergency Plumbing was completely professional, fast and reliable. Ivan and Roniel did everything they could to fix the problem.  They provided great service and were honest. Once they were able to identify the issue, they provided the through information and a solution.  Will definitely be on my contacts moving forward!

Not recommended. I had the plumber come over because the toilet was clogged. The guy was pretty professional. He gave me his cell number in case anything happened in the next few days so that I would call him directly instead of me calling his company. I paid around 500 dollar and he left. The next day i had the same issue and tried calling him to see what to do. After calling and leaving several messages throughout the day i got a hold of him and he was very rude. I basically had to argue with him and, as a result he ended up sending over two guys to check out my problem. The two guys were a joke. One almost fell off my roof because he didn't know how to go back down a ladder. He was putting a camera down a pipe on my roof to see where it was clogged. They told me they had to replace one pipe and it wasn't that much to do. They recommend i fo the job myself. When I asked for an estimate they left and came back with an almost 5 thousand dollar estimate for repairs. Do not use them.

Had a leak.  Roto Rooter sent out a gentlemen to do a leak detection that was there for about 2 minutes.  Tenant had to ask him, ...are you going to turn the water on? He tracked in dirt thru the house, did not clean up after himself proceeded to sit in the truck for about an hour before calling me to tell me the plumbing was falling apart, that I had limited time to repair before I had a serious problem and proceeded to instill panic and upsell tactics.  Lastly, he quoted an insane dollar amount to then tell me he had someone who could deal with the insurance to get more stuff done.  Only topped by the fact that I was told by 3 people that leak detection cost could be applied to cost of the work, this guy said oh no.  I got a second opinion from a local plumber who did not share Roto-Rooter's diagnostic and was 60% less in cost for repair to go as far as to say, he added, it's not urgent, you should be fine for a while.  I'm really disappointed at the snowjob Roto-Rooter pulled.  Buyer beware.

I hired Ft Lauderdale plumber to remove the toilets and free standing vanities in my two bathrooms. I was sort of in a time crunch, as this was necessary to finish installing new floors and subsequently move in, so I opted for a pro rather than to follow a YouTube tutorial and do it myself. After just the removal in ONE bathroom, a hole in my wall, and a broken toilet flange, I was charged $800. The plumber worked for a little less than an hour, was going to charge me another $800 to put the toilet back on and put the vanity back, and another $1600 on top of that for the other bathroom (which I of course opted not to do at this point). I have since spoken with several other contractors who all tell me this is 2-4 times the usual rate. After calling the business a couple of times asking to speak with someone in charge, the plumber who did our work returned my call and insisted that all they could offer was a $100 refund. Unacceptable. Next I got a call from the managers secretary, now offering a $200 refund. At this point, I feel like they are just trying to get away with as much as possible rather than making right what So I told them that is still not enough. I was robbed. Lastly, they had one of the owners call me. He asked what was going on. I told him. He said I was completely robbed. He said he would handle it. He said I would get a $400 refund. Later that night, I got a text saying they were going to refund me $325. These people took advantage of us, and are trying to get away with it as much as possible. Absolutely ridiculous.

Responded quickly. But exaggerated the transit needed that was not urgent. Ram bill up 11k no exaggeration.  All I needed was to clear the line with the snake.
I was terribly upset disappointed and nervous.
The crew was very polite but I feeling I was scammed.  
After declining to 11 k. It came to 2 k.  Still ridiculous.
Very disappointing and I feel like a victim.

I had a leak in a shower regulator. Another plumber came and told me that to fix the problem, i would have to break through the wall. I called Roto Rooter for a second opinion. Roto Rooter was responsive, and came within 1 day of the call. They fixed the leak without opening the wall.
Considering how much time and expense they saved me their prices were reasonable. I would use them again, and recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.
