Bad customer service.  Doesn't reply to texts, voicemails, etc. Came to fix a problem but didn't, instead sold us something we didn't need and then was reluctant to help fix the problem.  Not pleased.

Used them in a time if need and let me tell you they are probably one of the only company's in South Florida that still deliver excellence professionalism and fairness in pricing in all there work ...They came with a notice of cleaning the septic .They assisted in finding the septic tank cleaned it and figured out damage in a the drainage system .I can say we have a plumber team for life with them ..Gio and his team are way past a 5 star ...

Great service and fast response, couldn't ask for more , I had a few plumbers check out the main pipe line through the kitchen and couldn't fix the problem... i didnt know what to do so i used yelp to find emergency plumbing services and top dog came through and use a camera to camera the main line and found out the pipe is damaged and had a few cracks. thank you so much for your fast response service. I highly recommend to call Top dog drain and sewer cleaning.

Renato the company owner was right on time, he was friendly and professional and what most impacted me was his level of honesty, as he immediately informed me that the previous catastrophic assessment I had received from a so called property inspector was totally inaccurate. At the end of our conversation he thanked me for the opportunity to work together and didn't charge me a penny for the visit. Honesty and Professionalism is alive and well with this company!!

The saga continues. After thousands of dollars and 2 years and 3 toilets we finally had to call another plumbing company (Coral Gables Plumbing) because the toilet STILL continued to get stuck.  LO AND BEHOLD the most amazing thing was discovered .  An old metal pipe cutting tool had been lodged in the pipes for many years! I don't understand why Bay Plumbing did not discover this since we were told and we paid for the same camera diagnostics that Coral Gables Plumbing did.
