Have had several plumbing issues in the past where the line is backed up or just back flow into the room have had other plumbers and workers come through but still had the same issues called them up to get an immediate response to have them come by been over 8 months still no back flow or back highly recommend

It's summer time in South Florida which means if you're outside you'll be drenched in sweat and if your a/c breaks, not even being indoors will save you from melting away. Unfortunately for me, this was the case on a blistering hot Saturday. My usual repair/maintenance man was unavailable that day so I yelped away to find someone who could help. National Air & Heat came to the rescue same day, within two hours of the call. The person who came was professional and wasted no time. My a/c was up and running and before the sun had even set, my home was back to being a cool oasis from the heat. Granted, it was a pretty penny to get this done and I know this is the usual. They charge an emergency service after-hours fee of $150 for same day on the weekends and in total spent $750. With the heat wave causing chaos in other places, it was worth the price to get some cool air

On 4/12/2021 my parents received service from Service Experts.  They were charged $302.00 to replace a capacitor, labor, and trip fee of 29.00 dollars.  I was contacting various companies, and including the manufacturer, and was told the capacitor was $15.00 only, and in total for part, and labor it would be $100.00 to $150.00 dollars.  So we were definitely ripped off.  We also take responsibility because we didn't do our research beforehand.  But the AC stopped cooling late evening, and my parents couldn't be without AC because of their health issues either.  For that I thank them, but the pricing is ridiculous.  I also reached out to them several times only to find out they couldn't do anything.  So as a first time customer, and last I want to say Goodbye.
