I had the team come out twice. They installed a water softener and took care of a gas line that I needed plugged. They were polite, helpful, and took the time to explain everything I had questions about. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Our outdoor overflow spout decided to start leaking profusely just a couple of weeks after moving into our new house, so I quickly looked up emergency plumbers on Yelp and am so glad I found Flush King. Chris answered right away and face timed with us so he could see the issue. He instructed us on what to try over the phone, and when that didn't work he scheduled a plumber to come out in just a couple hours. One of his technicians came out to replace it and now we are set. Very grateful for this business and the last minute availability! Their number is saved in my phone for any future plumbing issues!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

I appreciate a company that provides honest and upfront information. The service provided by the technicians at Hays is top notch and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quick, reliable and efficient service on AC/Heating needs.

Called reliable rooter and plumbing to come help replace a shower cartridge since it was stuck due to being so old. Diego showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes. Just talking with them you can tell the experience they have with these common problems. Simple fix, even reinstalled all of the pieces he didn't need to since he was in the area. Cleaned up afterwards and we couldn't be happier. Few weeks later we found out that our water valve was leaking in the shower as well. Called Scott back and he had Diego scheduled right away. Had the valve swapped out in no time. Great customer service and awesome workers!

After looking and talking to a good number of plumbers I finally found Jimmy Joe per high recommendations from Ahwatukee 411 forum. I needed to have the entire plumbing configured and a bigger disposal unit installed after I replaced a single drain under-mount kitchen sink with a double drain. Jimmy Joe re-configured the drain lines, installed new faucets and disposal and reattached the R/O unit, and some other minor work.

The only issue I encountered was that we had a flooding in the kitchen during that night which caused some minor damage to baseboards, due to what it seemed to be couple defective parts connecting the R/O unit. I called Jimmy Joe and he came first thing the next day and replaced all those parts with more secure parts at no cost. Overall satisfied with the work.

My attempt at a DIY bathroom Vanity plumbing job turned out to be a bit more difficult than expected, my bathroom had the original plumbing from when the house was built 25 yrs ago and what was to be a maximum of a 2 hour job started to turn into a 3 hr....then 4...etc frustration.  With the water turned off to my entire home it was becoming detrimental to the rest of my family so I gave up and had to call someone hoping for a same day job.   So...with my injured pride I knew this was going to cost me as I've used big corporate plumbers in the past, but this time I was looking for someone who was local in hopes of getting someone over ASAP!  I came across Beach Plumbing and crossed my fingers...Thank goodness I did.  I spoke with Michael who at the time was working a job in Tempe who said he would see who he had available and would call me back, within the hour it was Michael himself who came to address my plumbing nightmare.   Michael was very friendly and had all the right tools to address the mess I had made, I was nervously awaiting the quote to do the work however when he told me the cost It was significantly lower than anticipated, I did not hesitate to say YES! Do it! Michael replaced all the old plumbing with new valves and lines in less than an hour as well as installed my new faucets!  I will most definitely call  Beach Plumbing again and is now my #1 go to in my address book, I highly recommend Beach Plumbing.  Thank you Michael!!

Dale is all you need!! I went through a few handymen before I found Dale and I wish I had found him sooner. There is a difference between someone who tries to complete a task and calls themself a handyman and someone who actually has experience and knows what they are doing- that is Dale! I had dale hang over 8 pieces of art/Mirrors. He hung drapery hardware throughout my entire house, hung chandeliers and put together my desk and fixed other contractors improper work, and does it all in a professional and timely manner. He's very nice as well as extremely experienced. I've been so used to having to help other handymen complete tasks and it was so nice to be able to explain to Dale what I wanted and trust that he can complete it without needing me to help. He's trustworthy and has a great professional company. Dale is all that you need!!

We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

Needed a new hot water heater and the plumbing company I had a service agreement with came by and gave me a standard quote to replace the unit. I decided to get a second quote to check their number.
Caleb came out and diagnosed the situation and found some existing plumbing issues I was unaware of. He suggested the correct configuration for a new hot water heater installation that would alleviate these issues.  
I chose to go forward with the installation because of the level of effort Caleb put into finding the right solution.
