The 2 man crew showed up on time, and went right to work. Both wore masks respecting the COVID safety measures.

The price was fair and the men were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their services for us   They installed a new Faucet outside and cleaned out a slow drain in a master bath. They deserve 5 stars !!

Great company to work with. I called in the morning when our hot water heater stopped working and they were here and had it fixed by the afternoon. They even came to my north Phoenix home all the way from Mesa. Honest, affordable, professional and all around good people. Highly recommended!

We had a water leak in our front yard and Mike from Smart Water Concepts responded within minutes of the inquiry and made the repairs the next day. Good work and reasonable fees.

Dale was great. He tore out the existing adobe style fireplace surround and replaced it with a gorgeous knotty alder mantle. Wow!  Beautiful craftsmanship. He also added a door between the master bedroom and bath. I love my door!  He was efficient, communicative and very fair prices. We will definitely use his services again. Thank you Dale!

Came home this afternoon around 4:30 to find that we had no water to the house for some reason. Yikes!  After further investigation, it appeared that our pressure value busted.  I called Chris who was very responsive and said they would have someone out within 90 minutes.  

Less than one hour later, Rich arrived to save the day. He fixed us up right away and was very personable and professional.  

I would certainly call on them again. If you need a quick response, give them a call.

I needed a whole house water filtration and water softener system installed. Out of the handful of plumbing companies I contacted, Curtis was one of the few who was willing to install it since I bought the system from an external company, and he also gave me one of the best estimates. What I appreciated most was his honest opinion on additional options and suggestions. Overall, he did a phenomenal job and I will definitely be calling him again for future plumbing projects or issues that may arise.

Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

We've had Hays come out to inspect/tune up our unit for a few years, and this time when their tech Jered came out he explained the condition of our aging unit and we elected to replace it. The arrangements were straightforward and the installation date was quickly scheduled. The installation techs Jordan and Dustin arrived at the designated time promptly, and worked efficiently with a professional end result. Our new unit is working very well. The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

After posting my initial review with a rating of 1, I called Zest Plumbing and Drain following their response, was immediately connected to the owner who provided an additional $500 refund. I still regard the cost as high but much more reasonable than assessed by his manager. I am impressed that they want to maintain high standards for their company's services and are responsive to customers' experience.

The return of customer service!!

I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

So this is the fourth time I have used Scott and reliable rooter. They have done a shower valve, front water gate valve, a clogged cleanout, and now replaced my washer valves. Diego, the technician most recently, was awesome and came out on  Friday afternoon at 4pm to help with my washing machine valves. My machine had died the day before, and when replacing it with my new one, my valves started leaking water due to being original gate valves and old. I was going to have to shut the water off to my whole house to stop the leaking, and called Reliable since I had used them before. They were lifesavers, and I highly recommend Reliable Rooter. They are normal guys, not pretentious, and no $70k pickup pulls up to quote the job. Good value, good work, solid value. Again Diego was super professional and friendly, and did a great job late on a Friday to help us out. Much appreciated! Thanks again

The service technician that showed up (Paul) was very nice, respectable, knowledgeable and dressed appropriately.   Diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently.......but then came the estimate.  The companies pricing is to the point of gouging.  Their quote was three times more then anybody else.  It was so high I asked Paul to kindly get the hell out of my house which he did so promptly.  The experience with the plumber was pleasant  but the quote was rediculous!
