When Tony, from Jimmy Joe's Plumbing arrived to install a new kitchen faucet and check out a few other things yesterday, I felt a positive vibe. His assessment of my situation was honest, clear, and forthright; he ended up saving me money since several things didn't need to be fixed at this time.
As soon as I made the appointment, and prior to Tony's arrival, I received texts to confirm details of my request and when he was due to arrive. Tony's friendly and polite manner elicited a feeling of trust and confidence, as he demonstrated his expertise. I would recommend Jimmy Joe's Plumbing any day of the week!

Mike did great work on my exterior hose spigots. He was straightforward in the beginning with a fair price and was very good at communicating and working with my schedule. I'll go to him again in the future.

Alicia and Steve are absolutely wonderful! From the moment I contacted Alicia to when Steve had completed the job at our home in North Phoenix it was barely over 2 hours! Alicia communicated efficiently and made us feel like a priority. Steve was friendly and hard working! It's easy to tell that he knows just exactly what he's doing. We will forever only recommend Harris Plumbing to our friends and family! It is so refreshing to have a trustworthy business come out to help us, especially during these uncertain times. Five stars!

I am very pleased with the work Curtis has done. He is meticulous, honest, communicates well and shows up as promised. He does quality work and offers helpful suggestions. To this point Curtis has installed a new toilet, a new vanity, showers rough-ins and is working on finishing up fixtures in my new shower. I would be confident in recommending him.

Came out to give me a quote and showed right away he was not that interested. Reading the other reviews about steep pricing, I'm glad he showed their true colors right away. Needed a main shut off valve, he told me it would take hours and hours, and again, hours and hours of labor and the price would be quite steep. I caught myself trying to persuade him; I knew where the water came in and that is about three feet down, when I realized he already told me no. Yes he was polite, but oh well.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best. Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit. I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

The tech (spencer) showed up in uniform on time and I was given a 30 minute notice. Once he arrived he put on booties which I appreciated. He was friendly and explained everything well. I was given a $25 off for first time customer. I highly recommend.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was surprised by todays service. I was told over the phone there would be a $79 up front fee which would not be applied to service. That threw me off because most companies will apply it if you decide to use their service but I based my decision off the reviews and agreed anyways. After the tech looked at my unit he mentioned it is most likely a leak and it would be between 200-300 to identify the leak and mentioned that a rough estimate if I decided to fix the leak would be an additional 2,000-3,000! To top it off he said there was an additional $100 diagnostic fee which I was never told there would be a separate fee to diagnose aside from the $79. I guess the $79 just covers the gas to get to your home! Now I'm $179 short and not even certain if the issue was a leak or where the leak is at! Would never use this company again!

What a life saver!
We discovered a leak under our bathroom sink early Sunday morning. I called and spoke with Dan. He was able to fix it before we left for church later that morning.

Affordable Plumbing was referred by our home warranty service. We have used them twice, once for a warranty item and the second for a non warranty issue. Each time they have been very professional and have done a very good job and a fair price. Ben was the person dispatched for each service and his customer service skills are excellent. Explains everything in great detail and cleans up after as if the house was his. If you need a plumber this is the company to choose.

I have basically abandoned all interactions with the world at large for a number of reasons, most of which revolve around finding ubiquitous dark patterns immoral. Plus, I hate Yelp's censorship and community standards and don't want to provide it content on principle. So, for me to come out of the shadows to write this review, they must have really pissed me off. And, yes, they have.
We have used them and recommended them to friends on a number of occasions I now recognize, with regret-filled clarity, were all mistakes.
Long story short, I wanted my tankless hot water heater serviced and for a leaky, non-functioning evaporative cooler to be disconnected from the water source.
How much do think all of this was? A standard bi-annual thing to the water heater and, unfortunately, a mere capping of the water line with a, I'm guessing, at most, at Ace instead of Home Depot, $20 part instead of the actual problem being solved at the source like I was hoping. $250? $300? No $600! SIX HUNDRED US DOLLARS.
WHAT? THE? ACTUAL? YELP CENSORS!
So I asked the fleecer technician about my sink pressure. He nicely takes a look and, again, long story short, tries to sell me a ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE US DOLLAR angle valve. This is a $15 part. He had the audacity to tell me he could hook me up with a $35 coupon.
Everyone deserves to make an honest living. I know they're going to profit on the parts and obviously labor is not free. But a 10 times multiplier feels, to me at least, like the workings of a criminal enterprise.
My experience the other day was zero stars. I give them three stars because they will actually solve your problem, in my experience, in a professional, timely manner, which, sadly, is more than can be said for other companies.
I'm moving on to Al's Plumbing.
