Best Handyman Installation in Mesa AZ

Dale is all you need!! I went through a few handymen before I found Dale and I wish I had found him sooner. There is a difference between someone who tries to complete a task and calls themself a handyman and someone who actually has experience and knows what they are doing- that is Dale! I had dale hang over 8 pieces of art/Mirrors. He hung drapery hardware throughout my entire house, hung chandeliers and put together my desk and fixed other contractors improper work, and does it all in a professional and timely manner. He's very nice as well as extremely experienced. I've been so used to having to help other handymen complete tasks and it was so nice to be able to explain to Dale what I wanted and trust that he can complete it without needing me to help. He's trustworthy and has a great professional company. Dale is all that you need!!

A very nice guy came out to give us a quote on replacing an electric water heater but admitted that he's not installed a residential heater only commercial. I already had 2 quotes from other companies who gave me a written invoice noting certain things would need to be replaced. Those items identified were not identified by this gentleman and I did not feel that confident in hiring him. He advised she was license but not bonded. But the company was extremely receptive in coming out timely so I must give them kudos for that

Extremely poor customer service. I contacted them for chandelier installation. Took day off on Friday for them to come at 10 am and do the job. Everything was set as I sent them pictures and dimensions of chandelier way in advance for them to be able to do the job without any issues. They sent me text in morning of job that they would need 2 people now to do it and can't make it today. Would come out 5 days later on Tuesday. Totally BS company. I would never hire them. Our kitchen sink had dropped, and I had been told that by two plumbers that didn't really offer a solution.  John came in and figured out how to put braces in the cabinet to secure the sink without having to remove the granite.  Not only did he do a great job, it was a breath of fresh air to see him clean up after the job.  Highly recommend!

There are so many AC companies to choose from and it's hard to find a down to earth place that's actually helpful,  Williams Handyman Services is exactly that! I am so glad I contacted them on Yelp and I highly recommend you do as well.  Very responsive, friendly,  and actually helpful! Thank you!

I was very happy to find Gary! In an effort to fix up our house prior to retirement, we will be needing several repairs and installations. We had him install a new kitchen faucet. He was on time, neat and pleasant to have in the home. We discussed a couple of upcoming tasks and will definitely be having Gary back.

Plumbing in both master and guest bath, did a great job, made sure it was completed as planned

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Zac did a fantastic job replacing our mini-blinds. Zac was very nice from start to finish and arrived on time. Thanks Zac. We highly recommend Zac Of All Trades.
