I had an issue with my plumbing leaking due do a faulty product from when the house was built.  Plumbers of Maricopa was prompt to come out and assess the damage.  I was quickly provided a reasonable quote.  The respectful crew came out and repiped my entire house.  No more issues for me.  I highly recommend Plumbers of Maricopa.

I called Beach Plumbing tonight because I flushed an un flushable Clorox toilet wand pad down the toilet. Mike answered and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He arrived within less than a hour same day!!! My toilet was unclogged within minutes after he arrived. He even gave us some other pointers about the functionality. Great cost! Great timing! Great Service!

Mike did great work on my exterior hose spigots. He was straightforward in the beginning with a fair price and was very good at communicating and working with my schedule. I'll go to him again in the future.

Stephen came out within a couple hours of my call to troubleshoot a fritzy water heater. Turned out to be a blown-out pilot light, which was a quick fix. I asked if he'd be willing to take a look at a couple other small plumbing issues we were having in the house, and he was very helpful with both of those too. Wound up replacing the drain hose from the dishwasher to fix a persistent stink, worked like a charm. Reasonable rates, quality work, recommended.

Dale was great. He tore out the existing adobe style fireplace surround and replaced it with a gorgeous knotty alder mantle. Wow!  Beautiful craftsmanship. He also added a door between the master bedroom and bath. I love my door!  He was efficient, communicative and very fair prices. We will definitely use his services again. Thank you Dale!

Freshly remodeled home with leaky main-line. Yelp, brought Chris into the conversation for quotes and he was the easiest to work with. He's knowledgable, thorough, clean, on-time, and transparent! He takes the time to understand your system and he sticks to the job at-hand and if there is something else that isn't up to expectations or code (like a missing piece of our irrigation line) he offered an understanding of future problems and recourse to fix and cost.

We'll definitely be chatting with him about the irrigation line correction and I'd recommend him to anyone!!

The job was done well but don't expect it to be on time. Showed up 90 minutes late the first day and couldn't get the job done only to show up 3 and a half hours late the following day. Office staff is super nice and professional but the actual plumber was very disrespectful of time. Just be mindful if you need it done quickly or have a schedule to stick with.

Fantastic!  Had a slow drip from my tub/shower unit.  Read the previous yelp comment and liked the response.  When I called he immediately answered and had me on the schedule the next day.  He was exceptional!  Honest, thorough and very knowledgeable.  He gave me several options and was upfront and honest about the repair.  He told me, I always put myself in the homeowners position and ask myself what would I do? Definitely going to use Stellar Plumbing moving forward.  So happy I finally found a reliable plumber.

Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

If only all contractors could be like Hays...  *sigh*

My HVAC system, while I'm sure worked fabulously when it was installed in my home in 1992, had slowly become my little housing nightmare.  Like clockwork, it would crap out on Christmas Day, or July 4.  After spending too much money band-aiding it over a few years, it was time to replace the system.

I had Hays provide a quote, along with 2 other contractors.  I ended up selecting Hays, and besides going back to my natural hair color, it's been one of the best decisions of my life.

I was given a firm date and time for my install, and sure enough, the crew showed up on time, ready to work.  It was incredibly well orchestrated.  It's not like they arrived in waves, and stood around on the driveway, waiting for direction.  Every person who showed up knew exactly what to do, and set to work doing just that.  It was quite something to watch, actually.

8 hours later, I had a brand new HVAC system.  And, they even cleaned the floors.  lol

The owner, Chris, came towards the end of the install, and I thought that was a really nice touch.  How many owners actually bother to check on installs anymore?  I had my pool redone, and never saw anyone above the project manager.  So, it meant a lot.

Since the install was completed, I received a few initial follow-up calls from Hays to make sure everything was working fine, and I was happy.  The sales person came a week later to take heating/cooling measurements, to make sure the system was calibrated properly (!).  Better yet, since it's been about a year since the install, the girls in the office actually call me to set up my scheduled service appointments.  I don't remember these things, and if you miss your appointments, it voids your warranty, so I love that the employees stay on top of this for me.

The system itself works perfectly (nothing stops a Trane!  lol), and my bills are 25-30% less per month than what I paid with my old, tired system.  

I couldn't be happier with the experience with Hays, and I have such peace of mind knowing I can rely on them in the future.

The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

I needed a ceiling fan hung from a very high vaulted ceiling.  If it weren't for the ceiling height, and my fear of heights, this would have probably been a DIY job.  In fact, I had already purchased the fan and all installation hardware.

Due to the complexity of the job, I wanted a licensed and bonded pro to complete it.  I'd never used George Brazil before, but knowing they're one of the Valley's premium electrical, plumbing, & HVAC contractors, I expected them to be on the pricier side.

I will say that this is a case of getting what you pay for.  Every George Brazil employee I talked with was super helpful and professional.  Scheduling was easy, and the ceiling fan install was completed same day.   The tech they sent was very knowledgeable and professional, and even cleaned up debris on the floor once the job was done.

This job cost a little more than I would have liked, but I'd recommend looking online and in the paper for coupons.  You can always ask for discounts too.  

In the end, George Brazil's tech did great work in a very timely fashion. I had the peace of mind knowing my job was done by a certified pro.
