I contacted Plumbers of Maricopa in a panic. The water main on my property burst. The owner responded quickly to my inquiry. He was at the property within 10 minutes of my message. He took pictures and sent them to me. I live out of state. He sent me an estimate by email. The owner followed up by phone call. He gave a great price. I couldn't be happier with the work performed. Thank you so much Plumbers if Maricopa. You guys rock!!!

Mike did great work on my exterior hose spigots. He was straightforward in the beginning with a fair price and was very good at communicating and working with my schedule. I'll go to him again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company. When I had a blockage the technician came and released it - the next day the owner followed up with another call to identified the break in the line with a camera and spectic tank location, all at no additional cost. They were both prompt, courteous and a pleaseure to work with. I recommend them highly.

It was a tough week.  A leaking water heater, and a non functioning reverse osmosis system.
Just Plumbing arrived on-time, worked efficiently, explained everything and cleaned up as though it was their home.

I came across Majesty Plumbing while doing some online research.  I called to learn more about their offerings.  Jeff answered the phone and immediately seemed bothered that I called.  When I told him I was interested in solar hot water heaters and tankless systems he responded with an attitude and asked me if it was this was a telemarketing call.  I told him he lost the chance to earn my business and I ended the call.  My suggestion to Jeff is that when someone calls to learn more about your company and the products you offer, you might want to show some better customer service.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Top notch quality in both technical and customer service.  Spencer communicated effectively and was a absolute pleasure to work with.  He answered all my questions and performed the job with world class skill.  He was so good we contracted him for two more jobs in our house.  You absolutely will not do better than Drain Tech for your plumbing needs.  Thank you Spencer.

Had a clogged toilet today, called, got Barney to come out in about 30 min.  $47 to unclog.

Had a leak under our kitchen sink on a weekend. Called Affordable Plumbing and the dispatcher was kind and helpful and scheduled us for service the following day.

Len came out on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything very clearly and installed a new faucet and parts quickly.

There was no mess left behind and he also took time to ensure I knew how to shut off the main water valve for emergencies.

Very impressed with this company.

So this is the fourth time I have used Scott and reliable rooter. They have done a shower valve, front water gate valve, a clogged cleanout, and now replaced my washer valves. Diego, the technician most recently, was awesome and came out on  Friday afternoon at 4pm to help with my washing machine valves. My machine had died the day before, and when replacing it with my new one, my valves started leaking water due to being original gate valves and old. I was going to have to shut the water off to my whole house to stop the leaking, and called Reliable since I had used them before. They were lifesavers, and I highly recommend Reliable Rooter. They are normal guys, not pretentious, and no $70k pickup pulls up to quote the job. Good value, good work, solid value. Really bad experience! Do not use them! Gouging, and customer service that could not get a service time right! Left me waiting all day with a no call no show after confirming they would be there!  Set up time again the next day with a big time window, only to show up late!  Seems only their expensive time is important to them!

Needed a lot of work done due to a failed water softener.  T&S Plumbing was responsive and immediately set us up for their nearest appointment.  
They were honest and forthright about the work that needed to be done.  And performed with a high degree of professionalism.  They are my go-to plumbers.
