I have thought long and hard about posting this; but now I think I will.   Years ago, we installed hot water heater with them.  The technician offered me a 'no interest 24 month deal'.  I signed up and off he went.  He placed a great water heater in home and was clean/tidy.  I was grateful.   A month later comes the bill from 'GreenSky.'  This is the financial institution that actually loaned me the 'no interest 24 month deal' for 'George Brazil'.   It showed what I was to pay each month and it was charging 18$ interest on my normal payment!  I called them and they said, 'Yes, you pay interest each month so long as you do not exceed 24 months...then you are not charged interest as your monthly payment will be 'amortized/recalculated each month to remove prior interest paid'!   I said, 'WHAT?   no, I am not paying anything but principal each month towards 24 months!' They said, no you did not agree to that!   I argued and was confused and felt stupid; but they insisted!  I called george Brazil and got a gentleman on phone who was so mean to me and I told him I would not do business with George Brazil again.  He said, 'I think that is good and I will put your name on the list so we do not send info to you !'  HE SAID THAT!    I did not get anything in post again for about 3 years and I am glad.   My final words, 'BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! BE SMART WHEN AGREEING TO ANYTHING!'.   * I immediately turned to my saving and paid off 'GreenSKy' on month #2!  I will never be so dumb again!   There is really nothing more to say; except I would not recommend this place after the way I was treated.
