Professional and great customer service.  They replaced a water heater and provided us with multiple options along with answering all of our questions. They are our go to plumbers in Maricopa and we would recommend to anyone needing service.

Chris was very responsive, professional, and efficient! We had a pipe leaking behind the wall in our kitchen. We called on Friday night when we discovered water on our kitchen floor. We shut the water off and he arrived 7am on Saturday morning. Everything was repaired before 8am! Thank you Chris and Flush King Plumbing.

I had water leaking from my slab, and they came out fixed leaking that day and helped with the water damage. I did not have money at the time, so they financed me so I could get the whole house Repiped.

I have two AC units and have to get them checked annually to maintain a Trane manufacturer extended warranty.  I had been using a company called Bob Brown Service Experts, but I got tired of the no-call no-shows and poor customer service (See my 2-Star review of them on YELP as well.)  I decided to pick another company and selected Hays based upon the number of excellent reviews.

I called and scheduled an appointment.  A pleasant young woman took my info and said that I would be getting an email with picture of the tech the day of the service.  I never received the email, but did get a phone call about 45 minutes prior to arrival.  (4/8/16 Update: the email with technician picture was found in my junk mail.) Jerry was the tech.  I found him  to be pleasant and professional.  He took pride in his work and spoke highly of his company.  He went into the attic and checked the air handlers.  This took around 20 minutes per side.  Then he went outside and checked the ground units.  Freon and capacitors checked out to be fine.  Jerry had to use new screws to attach covers, as the previous screws were a little stripped.  Total time spent at my house was around 1.5-2 hours.  The cost $79 per unit.

Constructive criticism:  My previous company charged around $100-$120 to check both units and to me seemed to do a little more.  My previous company would blow out the condensate lines then pour water down the lines to ensure that they are open.  This company did not do that.  This company's website also says that a tune-up includes oiling the blower and outdoor fan motors.  I watched closely and did not see this done.  The site also says the indoor coils would be checked for buildup.  This also was not done.  I was never asked about my indoor filters or if I would like them to be changed.  The site says a 33 point inspection...I don't think so...maybe next time.  I should have asked up-front for what my $80 service per unit included.  I feel that the price is a little too high for what I received.  If I am going to spend that much, a company had better do what is says it will do.  It would also be nice to get a discount for a second unit as the tech is already on-site.  I asked the technician about a discount for a second unit, and he commented that the service fee was already discounted.  I knew the price going in so I did not make it an issue.

A second issue I had was the arrangement for payment.  The technician was required to manually punch in my credit card number into a tablet-type device, including my 3 digit security code.  In no way do I think Jerry would try to do anything illegal, such as stealing credit card information.  I have had other companies do service at my house and like it when the technician simply swipes my card, bills wirelessly, and never sees my full credit card number long enough to write it down.  Only the last four digits of my credit card appear on the receipt visible to the technician.  (4/8/16 Update:  I am watching my credit card statement, and still have not seen the transaction appear.  I do not like this.  The transaction supposedly took place a few days ago.  Why no record?  I'm feeling a little uncomfortable.4/8/16 Update:  I called to inquire and was informed that Jerry's machine/swiper was broken and that my credit card will be billed manually next week when Jerry comes into the office. Little awkward.  I guess I will be watching next week for the transaction.)

Over-all, I generously rated this company 4 out of 5 stars, as I saw definite room for improvement.  Based on the service and price, I guess I am a little hesitant about whether on not to use them next year for tune-ups.  My units were already in top-notch condition and needed no repairs.

Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.

After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

Called reliable rooter and plumbing to come help replace a shower cartridge since it was stuck due to being so old. Diego showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes. Just talking with them you can tell the experience they have with these common problems. Simple fix, even reinstalled all of the pieces he didn't need to since he was in the area. Cleaned up afterwards and we couldn't be happier. Few weeks later we found out that our water valve was leaking in the shower as well. Called Scott back and he had Diego scheduled right away. Had the valve swapped out in no time. Great customer service and awesome workers!

After 4 estimates, we are so happy that we went with Jimmy Joe's Plumbing.  They were by far the most professional and most knowledgeable and they had the best price. They were punctual and were even able to complete the job the same day.  They cleaned up after the job was finished and made sure we understood their warranty and answered all of our questions.  We are a customer for life and highly recommend Jimmy Joe's Plumbing!

We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. We have used Majesty plumbing twice through our home warranty company.  The first visit was to replace a hot water heater that had shorted out due to a leak in the tank.  Jeff was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and stopped over 40 minutes later to confirm his suspicions.   He thoroughly explained what was covered by the warranty (parts&labor) and that work outside of the scope the covered repair (determined by the home warranty company) , if necessary,  would require an additional charge.  He also explained how the home warranty company procured its parts and how that would impact the timing of the repair.   Once the parts were in Jeff once again fit us in between his already scheduled appointments which he did not have to do. Jeff went out of his way help us get our hot water back.

Five weeks later we had a water leak outside our house that appeared to be coming from the slab.  The home warranty company again sent Majesty plumbing to fix the issue.  Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through his diagnosis.  It turned our to be a sprinkler leak which the home warranty did not cover.  Once again, Jeff fit us between his scheduled appointments which he didn't have to do.  

Jeff is a true professional providing excellent work with great service.

Had a clogged toilet today, called, got Barney to come out in about 30 min.  $47 to unclog.

Their ad said $98 for leak detection but when Teck approached it turned out to be $980.  They replaced the shutoff valve to the units and found that the leak was bet4ween the meter and the house.  They never used any leak detection equipment.  When I received the bill they bill me for 7 hours of leak detection, use of their equipment etc for a total of $5,500.  At the site they quoted me $4,600 for replacing the line and I told them that was pricey and that since they never used any leak detection equipment and only installed a shut off valve that I would pay only the $4600 for the line.  Well lo and behold In received another bill for over $5,000 for the replacement of the line and again a charge of $600 for replacing the valve.  I do not recommend this company as they are unscrupulous.  I am filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the registrar of contractors.. You cannot charge legally for work not performed.
