Best Toilet Repair in Mesa AZ

I work out of state and I just bought a home in Maricopa.  Before moving in we have been doing a few updates to the entire house including adding a fire suppression sprinkler system.

I called 3 companies that didn't travel to Maricopa at all. My wife, who is way smarter than me, opened her yelp app and in 2minutes flat was able give me the number to Plumbers of Maricopa! The name says it all!

I called and spoke to Chris who was very friendly and helpful. Chris was able to send me a quote via email and got me on the schedule for that following Monday!

I called for help with a backed up kitchen sink/disposal.  Chris responded and came over in an hour.  Before I knew it, Chris was done and the sink was clear.  Thank you for the quick response and quick service.  I will definitely call them first if I ever need a plumber.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

We love Hays! Nick Pratt was just here to service our tankless hot water heater. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and was able to take care of the issues we were having. The entire office staff is professional and pleasant to work with! The window of time they give you isn't half a day so you aren't stuck waiting, they call when they're on the way or if they're running a little late (which rarely happens). I wouldn't call anyone else for our heating, A/C and plumbing needs!

Called reliable rooter and plumbing to come help replace a shower cartridge since it was stuck due to being so old. Diego showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes. Just talking with them you can tell the experience they have with these common problems. Simple fix, even reinstalled all of the pieces he didn't need to since he was in the area. Cleaned up afterwards and we couldn't be happier. Few weeks later we found out that our water valve was leaking in the shower as well. Called Scott back and he had Diego scheduled right away. Had the valve swapped out in no time. Great customer service and awesome workers!

I would advise anyone who uses Jimmy Joe's Plumbing in Mesa, AZ to get an estimate prior to use.  We had a broken pipe and it was fixed with 2 rubber pieces in less than an hour for over $500. This was way out of line with the time spent.  Invoice was emailed and gives total only. Very disappointed in the charge.

Mike from Beach Plumbing was great.  He was accommodating and flexible when I had to reschedule, did a great job troubleshooting and solving some potentially serious issues.  Communication via text was always prompt and easy.  He will definitely be the person we will call in the future for anything plumbing related.

Mike did great work on my exterior hose spigots. He was straightforward in the beginning with a fair price and was very good at communicating and working with my schedule. I'll go to him again in the future.

Dale is all you need!! I went through a few handymen before I found Dale and I wish I had found him sooner. There is a difference between someone who tries to complete a task and calls themself a handyman and someone who actually has experience and knows what they are doing- that is Dale! I had dale hang over 8 pieces of art/Mirrors. He hung drapery hardware throughout my entire house, hung chandeliers and put together my desk and fixed other contractors improper work, and does it all in a professional and timely manner. He's very nice as well as extremely experienced. I've been so used to having to help other handymen complete tasks and it was so nice to be able to explain to Dale what I wanted and trust that he can complete it without needing me to help. He's trustworthy and has a great professional company. Dale is all that you need!!

We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. Jeff with Majesty Plumbing has come to my home 2 times. Last year to replace my water heater and this month for the garbage disposer. Jeff is such a fine example of what customer service should be everywhere! He responded timely, called me when he was on his way and arrived within the time he told me. But most of all Jeff is professional, personable, kind and generous. I felt like a good friend had come to help me out in time of need.
I most definitely, strongly recommend Jeff if you need plumbing work. Don't even bother looking anywhere else :) !

Availability and price for a minor toilet tank issue. Spencer showed up within 40 minutes of our communication and was in and out and about 20 minutes. Kind and courteous.

All  I needed was a shut off valve for a washer replaced . The tech writes up a quote for $484.75 to replace valves and hoses and was going to cut my drywall leaving me with needed drywall repair . Asked tech if he could just replace valve and his reply was the company won't let him . Ended up calling a handy man and he replaced the valve for $125 and my drywall is intact . So it cost me $42.01 dispatch fee for them to refuse to do a simple job !!!  Hey George when can you service my AC ?  

                          Received a call from George on 4/4  about my above problem and they said I was getting a refund and if I could delete this review . The refund is nice but that does not makeup for the fact that you tried to oversell me products and services that were not asked for or needed . Then left me hanging . I will never forget the techs words as he left  my home sorry I couldn't help .  Thanks Again George .
