Best Toilet Installation in Mesa AZ

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. I came home from work last night to notice a major clogged toilet that was causing backup into the shower! My husband and I tried calling and messaging a few places but couldn't get ahold of anyone at that hour (this was around 830p). Then, I messaged Chris through yelp and immediately got a response. I was so surprised and happy to hear he could be here by 730 this morning! He showed up a little before 730 and was super efficient and professional and took care of our problem plus some other slow draining sinks. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Honest, Fast, Professional, and Reliable. After firing a previous plumbing company for a sewer line inspection, I hired Hays. I was on a very short inspection timeline so I needed them ASAP. I called on a Sunday morning and a tech was out the next day. The previous company tried to tell me I needed a complete sewer repipe in the house and Hays showed me and explained to me everything I was seeing, with their cameras, that the lines were fine.

There was a complete difference to the pictures the previous company showed and what I was actually seeing with Hays' sewer line cameras.

This company saved me a lot of stress and money!

Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.

After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

The job was done well but don't expect it to be on time. Showed up 90 minutes late the first day and couldn't get the job done only to show up 3 and a half hours late the following day. Office staff is super nice and professional but the actual plumber was very disrespectful of time. Just be mindful if you need it done quickly or have a schedule to stick with.

Jimmy Joe and his team have been excellent to work with.  Unfortunately, we have needed their services recently at two different locations.  They were prompt in replying to calls to set up appointments and very responsive to a recent urgent situation.  They let us know when they were on their way and always arrived on time.  In every situation, they have done a great job at explaining the issue and have been quick to respond even when the first suspected fix did not fully resolve the problem.  And, their costs have always seemed reasonable and fair.  They are now my go to plumber that I will always call in the future and that I will readily recommend to other who are looking for a good plumber!

Our garbage disposal broke and they answered right away. Came out same day and took only 20 minutes to fix our garbage disposal. Would recommend!

Mike did great work on my exterior hose spigots. He was straightforward in the beginning with a fair price and was very good at communicating and working with my schedule. I'll go to him again in the future.

Dale recently installed several fans, a doggy door, new outlets, light fixtures, covered an old brick fireplace with drywall, mounted a Tv, and made us a beautiful mantel which he also installed. We could not be more happy with all the work he has done. Dale is very knowledgeable, fairly priced, and does great work. We will definitely be using Dale for for all our home improvements and repairs! So happy we found him! Best handyman hands down, great guy!

Alicia and Steve are absolutely wonderful! From the moment I contacted Alicia to when Steve had completed the job at our home in North Phoenix it was barely over 2 hours! Alicia communicated efficiently and made us feel like a priority. Steve was friendly and hard working! It's easy to tell that he knows just exactly what he's doing. We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. Had a water leak due to garbage disposal seal break last night.  Was able to mitigate the leak last night and submitted a project estimate through Yelp very early this morning.  

Received 2 responses within minutes of my submission.  I went with Drain Tech as the estimate and timeframe was the same but Drain Tech had more reviews.  I interacted with Spencer who answered all my questions regarding scope of work, etc.  

Spencer let me know he was on his way and showed up within the estimated timeframe.  He was personable and took care to protect my property and his workspace. He determined that it was indeed a seal issue with the disposal and worked quickly and effectively to replace the unit.  

He finished the install and took care to ensure that it was working as expected.  He cleaned up the area , leaving it in the same or better condition than he found it.  I should note that I had him look at a faucet that I believed to be stripped.  He fixed that issue within a minute or so at no charge.  I paid him the agreed upon estimate and we both were able to get on with our day.  For an unplanned, unpleasant situation, Spencer made it a relatively stress free experience.  For future plumbing needs, I wouldn't hesitate on using Spencer @ Drain Tech.

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

Shane Boblet was very friendly, punctual, helpful, giving us advise. I will always ask for him for my future plumbing problems!
