I can't say enough wonderful things, Kurt first responded to my quote request within minutes asking for a picture of the leak from my water heater hose. He was very upfront about the cost which was a lower quote then the other 8 company's that responded to my request. Also  let me know what complications that could occur and what would then have to be done. The hose was replaced and all was right within 3 hours of my initial quote request.
