Best Solar Water Heater Installation in Mesa AZ
Eric came over to my house and helped get my RO system up and working. We had a leak from one of our filters and a slow air leak in our tank. He fixed both and my I have ice and water again. He was extremely polite and respectful of my house. He was quick to get my on the schedule and gave me a quote on the spot for the other things we wanted installed. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Mark & Tito came out to unclog the kitchen and fix a leak. They were here approximately five minutes before they fixed the clog. The leak required 2 washers and they were done fairly quickly. No jacking up the price and charging for stuff I didn't actually need. I would definitely use them again. 100%

G & G Plumbing saved my day!!!!!! I called to get help removing hoses in my laundry room for a new washing machine install. I needed a plumber to come to my house straight away (same day) and remove the old corroded hoses. G&G Plumbing came right over and removed the old hoses and installed the new ones so my new washing machine can be installed. Pricing was fair, very professional, and service oriented. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received, and highly recommend G&G Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Great service!! Full aloha in the desert. Our toilet started leaking at base and the techs came out to address the situation. The owner stopped by and gave an honest assessment based on the severity of the older pipes. So appreciate the honesty and willingness to do a quality repair.

Our air conditioner went out. Someone told me about Goettl famous for their commercials. I called and asked how much it would cost to have someone come out and tell us what was the matter with it. I was told $49.95. They came out the next day. Tech pulls out the capacitor, tells us its bad. Quotes us $340 to replace. At the same time tells us if this doesn't work it might need a hard start kit which would then be $815. I asked if this woud fix it and he said Let's hope so Said we needed these parts to get the unit going so he could do the full diagnostic to let us know how everything was working. Makes us pay the $340 up front, before he puts the part in. Comes back with a video he made shows us the unit kicks on then kicks off and that capacitor is not enough power and we need the hard start kit also. Makes us pay up front again, bringing the charge on my card to $815 (Four years previous our air conditioner went out and we had bought this used unit for $600 installed. Now we have to pay $815 for a couple parts.) After installing the parts he come in to tell us I have some good news and some bad news. The air conditioner is running now. But I tested your compressor and its running at 97 Amps. Shows us his amp meter then shows us a picture he took of the serial tag on our compressor. Then goes on to explain that the tag shows the amps should be at 42 and if it were 50 amps, even 60, it would be ok, but ours was at 97 and this was very bad. So he tells us the compressor could go out at any time. I ask him how much for a new compressor and he tells me he didn't know exactly but somewhere around $2500. I found the compressors sell online for average $500 to $800 and I know there is soldering copper tubing involved but that seems extreemly high for labor to me. I then ask him again if getting a new compressor extend the life of this old air conditioner because I had been told that the life of an air conditioner was 15 to 20 years tops. This unit was near the tops. I was told they only give one year warranty for the new compressor installation. He then tells us he has to call his supervisor who is the one that could go over our options. Buying a new unit was brought into our conversation and I ask how much they are and was told they go anywhere from $8000 to $13,000 but he didn't handle quotes, his supervisor would come out to discuss all this with us. He puts his supervisor on speaker so we can hear their two way conversation. It almost sounded scripted to me. I felt like I was at a new car dealership with the salesman and his supervisor talking to me. We said give us some time to talk about this, he then tells us they have financing for as low as $150 month. I'm telling him I have seen 5 ton units sell online for between $1800 and under $3000. I also told him I have seen ads online for a new air conditioner installed for $4995. I tell him I had a quote 4 years ago for a new 5 ton unit installed for $2700. In the end I tell him no, we didn't want the salesman...I mean his supervisor... to come to our house to quote us. After he left I thought about everything. We basically had to pay $815 for a diagnostic to find out our compressor is bad and could go out at any moment. Who does this? We had to buy parts to get this diagnostic. You don't take your car to a mechanic for a diagnostic and have them say to find out whats wrong we need you to buy this part. No that didn't work so we need to try this part, so after putting in this part, we find that you need a new engine. Your car is running now but your engine is going to go at any moment. No, they tell you your engine is bad before you pay any money. If they had told me my compressor was bad in the beginning, I wouldn't have bought the parts he installed. Because I wouldn't have paid $2500 for a new hard start kit and a compressor that they could only guarentee for 1 year. I could then shop around for a reputable company that could do the work for half that amount. And they know this, they've been in business for over 75 years. They know not to do the diagnostic for $49 without selling you the parts first.
I have since gone online and found that the capacitors are as low as $18 up to $30. The hard start kit which includes the capacitor is $50 tops. I paid $815. Their labor, or should I say profit, was over $750. This company is a major rip off. Low end of a new unit installed was quoted starting $8000. Low end I found a 5 ton air conditioner online sells for $1770. So their labor/profit is estimated $5000 to install.
In my view this is unfair business practice of getting me to pay up front for parts to do a diagnostic. I do NOT reccommend this company.
Update, after speaking with the customer service manager, they gave me back $250 because of my complaints.
