I'm a landlord and manage a lot of properties.  I had a drain that was backing up and I couldn't clear it with a handheld 25' snake myself.  Called Rooter Ranger, and for their base rate of $47, they sent someone out very quickly.  So far, so good. The tech ran a larger snake 35' into the line but couldn't clear it.  Called me and recommended running a camera into the line to further diagnose the issue (not necessarily clear it) for $199.  Said they would apply the $47 to the $199.  I declined the camera for the moment, and paid them the $47.   I heard back from another rooter vendor that I've used in the past later that day, and they sent a tech out the next day.  Cleared the line for their base rate of $105.  So my total cost was $152.  I guess that if it's an easy fix Rooter Ranger is a good value.  If it's harder to fix, the other vendor is the way to go.  Glad I didn't pay for the camera.

G & G was recommended to me and I am blown away at the awesome service provided.  I needed a new water heater.  He went to great lengths to discover that the water heater was under warranty, which saved me a bundle.  I have many projects that need to be tackled and he was incredibly knowlegable about all of the issues.  I found him to be very reasonable and am very happy to find a reliable professional that I feel I can trust.  If you need someone in the East Valley, you cannot find anyone better.

I had a hydrogen water system installed. They were very responsive and flexible when I initially scheduled the appointment. The technician Kaleb, was very knowledgeable on installation of various systems and was able to install my system without a hitch. Kaleb showed up on time and approximated that it would take 2.5 hours and he was right on the mark! He was very personable, respectful and provided exceptional value for the service rendered. All Aloha is very reasonable with their pricing! I would highly recommend and plan to utilize this company for future services.

Just FYI - I paid 1100.00 for an A/C capacitor from Goettl. Too late did I look for the part cost online, which averaged around 300.00 plus install, around 170.00.  My bad I did not look up the cost of a capacitor myself online. I am sure there may be circumstances that affect cost, such as the age of my unit (20 years). I think double the average cost, is cost enough for me to post the info online and hopefully save someone else the trouble.
