I work out of state and I just bought a home in Maricopa.  Before moving in we have been doing a few updates to the entire house including adding a fire suppression sprinkler system.

I called 3 companies that didn't travel to Maricopa at all. My wife, who is way smarter than me, opened her yelp app and in 2minutes flat was able give me the number to Plumbers of Maricopa! The name says it all!

I called and spoke to Chris who was very friendly and helpful. Chris was able to send me a quote via email and got me on the schedule for that following Monday!

Called up Beach Plumbing when I gave up on replacing a water heater myself. After working all day I realized I was in over my head. Mike was over in no time and quickly told me what needed to be done. Mike did great work on my exterior hose spigots. He was straightforward in the beginning with a fair price and was very good at communicating and working with my schedule. I'll go to him again in the future.

Steve was the second plumber we called for an emergency situation. The first never called or showed.

Freshly remodeled home with leaky main-line. Yelp, brought Chris into the conversation for quotes and he was the easiest to work with. He's knowledgable, thorough, clean, on-time, and transparent! He takes the time to understand your system and he sticks to the job at-hand and if there is something else that isn't up to expectations or code (like a missing piece of our irrigation line) he offered an understanding of future problems and recourse to fix and cost.

Recommend with no reservations.  Jeff arrived on time to check out our garbage disposal which was leaking.  He needed to replace it, had a comparable model on his truck and did the job with no muss or fuss. He was personable as well as efficient.  It is great to have someone who knows what he is doing on the job.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I had 3 estimates to replace hose bibs at my home and Spencer was by far the best priced. He also had the best approach at how to replace them. I am very happy with Yelps ability to broadcast work I need to have done and find skilled professional that is not part of a huge business that over charges because of overhead.

Our AC unit died on 7/4.  Our unit was brand new having been installed 3 months earlier.  With the temperatures outside of over 100 degrees we knew we had to get someone out to fix it ASAP.  Hays has an emergency number for just such an issue.

Rebecca answered the call and was able to get a technician out to our home within the hour.  A blocked condensation pipe was the culprit and our unit was repaired in less than an hour.

We are very impressed with this company and have used them for years for our HVAC and plumbing needs.  They will be our go to company for these issues going forward.

The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

Affordable Plumbing was referred by our home warranty service. We have used them twice, once for a warranty item and the second for a non warranty issue. Each time they have been very professional and have done a very good job and a fair price. Ben was the person dispatched for each service and his customer service skills are excellent. Explains everything in great detail and cleans up after as if the house was his. If you need a plumber this is the company to choose.

I had water coming out of my foundation on the outside of the house - a slab leak.  I have had experience with other leak detection companies in the past with varying levels of success, NONE as good as this one.  I called several leak detection companies early the next morning and the earliest they could come out was late the next day, some were three weeks out!  I aborted Google search and found this company in Yelp.  Dave was able to come out in a few hours and once here, I spent less than 5 minutes outside showing him where the water was coming from and then he went inside and spent the next 45 minutes there using three different types of equipment and then told me (and showed me using his equipment) with greater than a 90% certainty exactly where he thought my leak was and described how it could be fixed!  He used a noise level detector to figure out which line (hot or cold) and to get the fixture closest to the leak, then injected a signal on the copper pipes to figure out exactly where the pipes ran using another tool, then used thermal imaging to find the PUDDLE of water in the slab around where the pipe was leaking.  The techniques were AWESOME!  He also gave me a plumber that was able to come out the NEXT day to fix the leak.  

This was during COVID-19 times and Dave came to the door wearing a mask, which was very much appreciated because I fall into the high risk category.  He cut a hole in my drywall (after asking for permission) as part of the troubleshooting process and the plumbers actually used that same hole to run the new plumbing.  He made the cuts nice and straight, knew right where to make the hole because of his equipment, and cleaned up the mess on the floor and tile before leaving.

I am writing this the day after the leak has been fixed and am still amazed at how well the leak detection went.  I am definitely using Dave if I EVER need leak detection again.  BTW, the plumbers I used said they have used Dave in the past and know that when he finds a leak it is always where he says.

What a life saver!

We discovered a leak under our bathroom sink early Sunday morning.  I called and spoke with Dan.  He was able to fix it before we left for church later that morning.

Called Plumbing services to get a slow bathtub drain snaked. This was not an emergency. Company won't give a quote by phone. Website advertises a $53.00 drain special..... Check details.
Waited 7 out of 10 hours for tech to show up and quote me an inflated $356.00 to snake drain. I was still laughing when tech wanted to negotiate price.
I had to pay the $59.00 service fee to get him to leave. Bait and switch pricing.
Tech sat outside my residence for half hour after service call. Frustrating to watch, as I waited all day for someone?
Had to request a copy of invoice/receipt by email the next day, after signing tech's pad 4 times!
This company does not care about your 100% satisfaction. A request for management to address my complaint resulted in arguing I was informed about the service fee. Ya, maybe, but I sure as hell wasn't informed of the price to be triple of any other company out there.

Run from these guys!  Bob no longer owns the company and it is now completely incompetent. Had a horrendous experience with a leak (still not fixed) only to learn it's now an absentee owner and even the plumbers don't know who they are working for and hate it there.
