Professional and great customer service.  They replaced a water heater and provided us with multiple options along with answering all of our questions. They are our go to plumbers in Maricopa and we would recommend to anyone needing service.

Needed more than just a toilet swap - work needed to be done to the sewer line to bring it up to the floor.  Jimmy Joe showed up, told us he understood what needed to be done, and quickly came back with an estimate.  We agreed to the work and he got started within 24hrs and communicated the entire time as to the status.  Even gave us a day in the middle to lay the flooring.  Very happy with the work and it is done.   We would definitely recommend his company - they get it done!

Called out due to a leak in our ceiling from the bathroom above.  Came out quickly but then said that it wasn't a plumbing issue even while watching water actively pour from the ceiling.  Left my husband standing there with a giant hole in the ceiling and water everywhere.  Took our money and left without fixing the issue or even offering next steps (Other than to say that sometimes tubs just have water drain through them and we should get a new tub.  What?!?).  He did give us the name for our contractor friend to come and remodel our newly remodeled bathroom.
Not helpful and I filed a complaint with our warranty company.  I would not recommend them for repairs or anything related to plumbing.

We were lucky enough to have Armer Corporation come out later that afternoon and they were delightful.  They quickly realized that the tub drain hadn't been sealed properly and was leaking.  It took no time at all to fix and they THEN checked the other drain to make sure that it didn't have the same issue.  They explained the problem and took the time to fix it right.  Thank goodness they were there when Jeff and Majesty Plumbing couldn't give us the time of day.

Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

I had a leaky garden hose spigot that needed replaced.  Spencer gave me a quote within minutes on a Sunday that was lower than most other estimates I received.  I was able to send him a picture of the spigot and book a service appointment for Tuesday all over Yelp.  The process was very easy and he was extremely polite and professional.  I was given a notice that he was on his way 30-45 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and he arrived on time.  The work was completed quickly and in less than an hour he soldered off my old leaky spigot and replaced it with a new leak free one.  I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and affordable plumber.  I will use this company for any future plumbing needs I may have.

Dan from Hays Plumbing & Drain..I found them on Angies list. When I called to make the appointment they were very professional took my info ad within 24 hrs. Returned my call. When he came he looked at my problem , gave me a solution wanted to make sure I knew what the repair entailed.He gave a price with a guarantee, signed the paperwork..went to get the  parts.returned and completed the job. He was very professional,easy to talk to.cleaned up after himself . I would use him again.

Called reliable rooter and plumbing to come help replace a shower cartridge since it was stuck due to being so old. Diego showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes. Just talking with them you can tell the experience they have with these common problems. Simple fix, even reinstalled all of the pieces he didn't need to since he was in the area. Cleaned up afterwards and we couldn't be happier. Few weeks later we found out that our water valve was leaking in the shower as well. Called Scott back and he had Diego scheduled right away. Had the valve swapped out in no time. Great customer service and awesome workers!

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

We've used Affordable Plumbing a few times now, and have always been happy with the job quality and service. Ben was great! His knowledge and quick resolution of our plumbing needs made it another great experience. We trust his advice and he gave us options to fix the problems. The quick response with scheduling us to fix our leak problem was appreciated too!

The electrician quoted over $650 to re- install 3 electrical outlets and that was using existing parts. We settled paying $40 for nothing/service call. Ouch! Definitely can't recommend.
