The 2 man crew showed up on time, and went right to work. Both wore masks respecting the COVID safety measures.

The price was fair and the men were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their services for us   They installed a new Faucet outside and cleaned out a slow drain in a master bath. They deserve 5 stars !!

Needed more than just a toilet swap - work needed to be done to the sewer line to bring it up to the floor.  Jimmy Joe showed up, told us he understood what needed to be done, and quickly came back with an estimate.  We agreed to the work and he got started within 24hrs and communicated the entire time as to the status.  Even gave us a day in the middle to lay the flooring.  Very happy with the work and it is done.   We would definitely recommend his company - they get it done!

Our garbage disposal broke and they answered right away. Came out same day and took only 20 minutes to fix our garbage disposal. Would recommend!

We had a water leak in our front yard and Mike from Smart Water Concepts responded within minutes of the inquiry and made the repairs the next day. Good work and reasonable fees.

My Kitchen sink was clogged, they came in on an emergency call and fixed it. Good part was they cleared out the whole pipe using a rotor so now I know I don't need to worry about it for a while.

Harris plumbing was super prompt and efficient. I was able to get a next day appointment for an unexpected plumbing situation that sprung up. They were very knowledgeable and bonus they were friendly!

Curtis was outstanding, very professional and personable, arriving right on time to replace a leaking outdoor faucet of which he did a great job. I would highly recommend him!

My tenant called me at 3:45 pm to tell me that a valve under the kitchen sink came off and water was leaking all over the kitchen. By 4:15 pm, one of Majesty's technicians was at my house, assessed the situation, and called me back to discuss the repair.

Olivia, their very professional and helpful dispatcher, made this the easiest home repair I've ever dealt with. Majesty will be my first call for any plumbing problems in the future.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Availability and price for a minor toilet tank issue. Spencer showed up within 40 minutes of our communication and was in and out and about 20 minutes. Kind and courteous.

Two stars for the friendliness of the tech who came out...other than that?  Needed a sink replaced-I have a garbage disposal and water purification.  I was buying everything-sink/faucets/hardware....just needed someone to take out the old (drop in) and replace with my stuff. $1450.00 estimate...nuff said!
Follow up:  Had another service come out and replace and install AND replace the water valves...$500.  Hays said it would take all day...took three hours. Moving to one star also-why try to rip people off?

Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.

After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

We had a leak requiring us to shut off the water to our home and were in need of emergency service on a Saturday. When Scott heard we had 3 kids and no water, he agreed to help, was here within 2 hours, and the issue was fixed quickly! We had a few other things identified at the time of the emergency service and he scheduled us the following week for further repair. We had a little trouble connecting to actually get on their schedule. However, once we got scheduled, the plumber assigned actually came a day earlier than originally scheduled and during our scheduled time slot. He was friendly, efficient, and had our repairs done quickly. We'd definitely call them again!

Had a clogged toilet today, called, got Barney to come out in about 30 min.  $47 to unclog.

Reached out to them about an issue with my garbage disposal. Received a text after making an appt with the tech's picture and details. He showed up promptly and was very polite and helpful. The problem was minor and he didn't even charge for the service call as a result. How many companies do that? Will use Zest for any plumbing needs in the future!!

Horrible customer service!! Avoid at all cost!!

I set up an appointment online, to my surprise they called me within 10 minutes to setup the appointment. Unfortunately they never showed up, no call, no show, no nothing!

I called the next day to see what happened and a very rude man on the phone blamed me for leaving work early saying I should have waited for them to call before heading home. He tried to reset a new appointment and then asked me name. When he couldn't pronounce my name he screamed it in the phone as if there is no way that could be a real name (my name is Kai, btw).

I advised that we shouldn't move forward and he said you do what you gotta do sir and then hung up.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET THE RUN AROUND, AND UP-SOLD BEYOND BELIEF.
