Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. I contacted Jimmy Joe's Plumbing after the downstairs toilet in my rental property stopped filling up. I sent a request on Yelp and heard back from Erin within the hour. She took my information and some details about my plumbing issue and said they had availability the next day to come out and take a look. I got a confirmation text from them after my appointment was booked as well as a notification when Jimmy Joe was on his way Tommy property. He was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently and sent me an invoice right away. I appreciated his professionalism and the ease of scheduling and the text reminders. I will continue to use Jimmy Joe for all my plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone.

I called Beach Plumbing tonight because I flushed an un flushable Clorox toilet wand pad down the toilet. Mike answered and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He arrived within less than a hour same day!!! My toilet was unclogged within minutes after he arrived. He even gave us some other pointers about the functionality. Great cost! Great timing! Great Service!

Mike stopped by to give me a estImate on a Sunday. He was very professional and on time. He was mindful of my availability and was willing to work around my availability.

I am very pleased with the work Curtis has done. He is meticulous, honest, communicates well and shows up as promised. He does quality work and offers helpful suggestions. To this point Curtis has installed a new toilet, a new vanity, showers rough-ins and is working on finishing up fixtures in my new shower. I would be confident in recommending him.

My review has good news and bad news - unfortunately more of the latter.  On the positive side, Jeff came out the day after I called, showed up on time, did quality work, answered my questions, and cleaned up very well.  On the negative side, for a house call, for  about 2 3/4  hours of work, and for  a few parts available at Home Depot for less than $50, he charged us $533!  That is a rip off, disgusting,outrageous! My wife is a nurse and has to work TWO FULL DAYS to earn $500 gross. That means Jeff charged approximately $150/hr. I must  admit that I bear some responsibility because I did not get a quote or estimate from him before I had him come over.  But never in my wildest dreams (or nightmares) did I think that the total cost would exceed $300-$350.  So, if you are looking for a plumber that thinks you have the wallet of her Majesty, hire Majesty Plumbing. If, however, you are retired and living on a limited budget, look elsewhere. Spencer Stopa

Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

Spencer has done three jobs for us: installed a new kitchen faucet, snaked our kitchen drain line and replaced shower valves in both bathrooms. He's very dependable, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. I highly recommend his services.

Mike was the name of the technician who came to my home to inspect my HVAC unit on the house I had just purchased.  He was the second HVAC guy out because the first guy quoted me an outrageous price to get standard maintenance up-to-date.  I was very happy with how thorough Mike was in his inspection.  He essentially found four things wrong:

1.  Coils needed to be cleaned (part of the visit)
2.  Fuses were the wrong size
3.  Condensation hose was unhooked (ended up it was also clogged)
4.  Thermostat was pretty old.

It should be noted that the previous HVAC guy who was out didn't even catch that the fuses were the wrong size and that the condensation hose was unhooked.  The previous HVAC guy tried to tell me that the unit was a 2002 unit, and I verified through Mike and through the guy who did my home inspection prior to me purchasing it that it was, indeed, a 2009 unit.

Now I don't think the thermostat needed to be replaced, but he offered to do all of the above for $383.  I agreed, and off to work he went.

I am a due diligence kind of guy, so while Mike was working, I did some research on what all of that actually cost.  First of all, I should note that regardless, I was going to pay $85 to have the semi-annual inspection done.  So here is an itemized breakdown:

1.  New fuses     $8      (Lowes)
2.  Thermostat:   $179  (Amazon)
3.  Tax:                $16
4.  Service visit:  $85
    Total              $288

The way I look at it, I essentially paid him a $95 labor fee to install a thermostat, and I'm completely okay with that.  It would probably take me 4-6 hours to do all of the above.  His total visit was about two hours.

As a side note, I think it's pretty awesome that I can change my thermostat on my phone from pretty much anywhere in the world.  

I should also note that Mike was pretty awesome.  He took the time to explain everything to me as well as he could.  I think that in his line of work, which is extremely technical in nature, one of the hardest parts is understanding pricing in such a way so that it can be explained fluently to customers, and he excelled at that.  He also pointed out a couple of other products that the folks at Hays stand behind without offering any pressure to make a purchase.  I'm pretty sure that Mike ended up getting off about 30 minutes after the time his shift was supposed to end, and he had a long drive through traffic to get home.  Those kinds of things annoy the crap out of me when I have to deal with them, but he shrugged them off with a just doing my job attitude.  I think Mike really likes what he does for a living, and I admire that.

I will also be calling Hays next fall to do my semi-annual inspection.  I highly recommend them.

This guy is a small business but pretty good.  I have used him for about 4 jobs now and he does a good job at a very fair price.  I don't know if he can handle a huge plumbing job quickly, but any small home jobs like fixing leaks, replacing toilets/sinks/heaters/etc.  is easy for him to handle and he does a good job.

As long as I can get Tyler to do my HVAC work, I'll stick with these people.  Tyler arrived early in the window of the appointment and got right to work.  He did not try to convince me to fix something that was not broken and carefully showed me the items he cleaned and the tests he'd run.  Very concerned that I be happy.

I've dealt with this company for years and not always been pleased but Tyler is a new breed of employee.  Ask for him for HVAC work.
