Best Kitchen Light Fixure Repair in Mesa AZ

I lost power on a whole wall in my living room and the lights in the living room and kitchen were not working.  After looking at the normal things, I called George Brazil Electrical. They had the 39.99 fee for coming out, the lowest I found, while looking. Barry came out.  
Barry started the conversation with asking me how long I lived in the house, when I told him about && years, he said that the breakers in a house usually go out right at && years.  (amazing that it was the same number).  Then He found an outlet that had sparked.  He priced my work for the new outlet, and breaker, with the extended breaker service to check the others, for $391.00.  REALLY?  
I told him no thanks, he offered to lower it by 10%, then offered me the Senior Discount (I am not a senior),and we got it down to 341.   But I had had enough of the used car salesman act.  Goodbye and Good Riddance.  I youtubed the job, and it cost me $7.00 to fix the problem.  Let me just do the math for you.  Their mark up, I assume for labor was $384 dollars, a 98% difference.  EEEK I think I won't be calling George Brazil for any work again.
