I had the team come out twice. They installed a water softener and took care of a gas line that I needed plugged. They were polite, helpful, and took the time to explain everything I had questions about. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I had a $6000 HVAC installed on my roof a couple of months ago. They showed up on time, were respectful, installed the unit in a timely manner, and had a very competitive price, (I got six bids for the job). After the initial installation, a quality control person came out and inspected the installers work. Then, six weeks or so later they came back to do a another maintenance on the unit. Nice job Hays!

Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.

After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

Called reliable rooter and plumbing to come help replace a shower cartridge since it was stuck due to being so old. Diego showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes. Just talking with them you can tell the experience they have with these common problems. Simple fix, even reinstalled all of the pieces he didn't need to since he was in the area. Cleaned up afterwards and we couldn't be happier. Few weeks later we found out that our water valve was leaking in the shower as well. Called Scott back and he had Diego scheduled right away. Had the valve swapped out in no time. Great customer service and awesome workers!

My son came into Phoenix from Boulder to a buddies apt. that's been empty for year and half. Arizona water took its toll on all fixtures, faucets, shutoff's, toilet inards. Called Chris at Scottsdale Rooters. Said he would come by  2  earlier if he could. Rich showe up at noon. Took 4 1/2 hrs to fix all. Used quality replacement parts-not plastic like was in it. Quality work. $$$, but included labor and warranties. Thanks

I tried to play home electrician and made things a bit worse while shocking myself in the process. GB came out and fixed what I had damaged. Quick, professional, and courteous. It was a bit pricey, but the guy didn't make me feel like an idiot for f&@#ing up my own house then calling him to fix it.
