They showed up and went right to work. They were very professional and polite. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. I apologize to the 2 young men I wish I could give kudos to, but names just don't stay with me.

Mike from Beach Plumbing was great.  He was accommodating and flexible when I had to reschedule, did a great job troubleshooting and solving some potentially serious issues.  Communication via text was always prompt and easy.  He will definitely be the person we will call in the future for anything plumbing related.

Mike did great work on my exterior hose spigots. He was straightforward in the beginning with a fair price and was very good at communicating and working with my schedule. I'll go to him again in the future.

Chris was very responsive, texted when he was on his way, and came within the 3 hr timeframe that was given. After explaining about the leak from the unit above and talking with the owners, he said it wasn't a plumbing issue and it was determined it was the owner's washing machine that caused the leak.  So even though Chris didn't end up doing any plumbing work for me, I was very happy with the customer service and will call him again for future plumbing issues.

Quick response.  Arrived within one hour on a Saturday morning.  Answered all my questions & replaced my water heater professionally and fast.  Highly recommend Just Plumbing!

I had a leak under my sink and I called Majesty Plumbing. From Rose who answered the phone to Jeff who came out to fix my leak-they were both the sweetest people you have ever met. And Jeff was polite and knew his stuff!! I will definitely recommend Majesty Plumbing to all my friends!!!!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Loved that they showed up in a mask and shoe coverings. Helpful and transparent in diagnosing and resolving the problem.

Had a leak under our kitchen sink on a weekend. Called Affordable Plumbing and the dispatcher was kind and helpful and scheduled us for service the following day.

Len came out on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything very clearly and installed a new faucet and parts quickly.

There was no mess left behind and he also took time to ensure I knew how to shut off the main water valve for emergencies.

Very impressed with this company.

The return of customer service!!

I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

The guy who came to fix our garbage disposal was a freaking joke. Our garbage disposal is shaking the whole counter and making very loud noises when it is on but not grinding anything. He went on to tell us that the reason it's so loud is because the horse power is a high number and that we'd need to install a lower horse power model for it to not be so loud. After we left we consulted several online sources that said higher horse power will make it more quiet. I hope this company hires technicians who actually know what they're talking about.

Subject: Letter of Appreciation for TREVOR FRANCO, Technical engineer on Air Conditioner Units

Dear Sirs/ Madam,
This letter of appreciation for your employee, Trevor Franco, comes with our heart felt thanks.  
Today, Trevor Franco, was at out home to inspect our Trane air conditioner which had ceased to function!  It was undoubtably hot and we were grateful he was able to replace a burnt out transformer and replace some burned wires!
However, it is not simply that he was experienced in his trade to find and repair the problem, but he literally saved our home from catching fire due to a previously ill repaired air conditioner motor which had'n replace several years ago!  He found that the wires that burned did not have the proper fuse installed in the cutoff electrical box and prevented the system from shutting down properly.  It had started a small burn which melted the wires and perhaps could have started a fire at some date if the insulation was involved.  This was all discovered because of his extra attention to detail.  The transformer was replaced and the repairs completed soon after he discovered the problem.  My air conditioner unit did not need to be replaced!! This was such a relief for our family and I cannot praise Trevor highly enough for his fine customer service to us.
This is the first time we have used George Brazil Company and when we are able to replace our A/C units (with new energy efficient units), please be assured we will call your company to install and service our heating, cooling and plumbing needs.  We will also be asking for Trevor Franco to be our installer and our technician, we believe he is trustworthy, honest, and a true life saver!  I sincerely hope you inform him of our feelings and our deep appreciation for all he did for our family, today!
