We have used Mike in the past for our pool service. We needed additional service so I called Mike's number and heard a Google message that prompted me to leave my name. Thinking I dialed the wrong number I hung up. I dialed again and received the same message. I proceeded to leave my name and I waited for 27 seconds but had no additional direction.
Minutes later my phone rang and it was Mike. He proceeded to literally yell at me for hanging up . He said he didn't know who I was, I wasn't in his contacts and he was blocking my number and putting me in spam and never call him again and hung up.
I will make sure as many people I know, know about this experience.
