Best Ceiling Light Installation in Mesa AZ

My flume device was detecting 'leaks' for periods of time, 2 hours, 90 mins., etc. I had replaced my irrigation system before the notices started. He is just plain awesome!! Our prior handyman disappeared in the middle of our remodel. Gary has been out twice and done various things including fixing leaky toilet, framing our wine refrigerators, repairing baseboards, doing drywall repair etc. Wonderful person and a hard worker!!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Kurt has been at my house several times now over the past few months.

I've thrown so many different projects at him, from installing camera-based doorbells, to installing closers on my gates, to laying down foam flooring in my gym.

Out of their minds Prices $438 to reset a toilet if everything goes well? OR $878 for a new toilet installed IF all goes well.
Or $2,100 for new toilet and a custom drain job !
The house is a 1960 do I just assume they will drill 2 new holes for mounting but it's like a gold strike for these folks. I have rentals in 3 cities in the Phx area and sad to say these people will not be called back.
I'm looking for a plumber , not a doctor!
