We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Excellent service! I had some electrical repairs, toilet repairs and a leaky faucet. Kurt responded promptly and fit me into his busy schedule because I have company coming to town. He was so kind and knowledgeable. And so much cheaper than my other quotes. I really appreciated that he told me there were a couple things I didn't even need to fix. I'm so happy!

Seriously overpriced.

I have a rental property that had a leaking toilet. Tech arrived as scheduled, determined the problem and provided a quote. (Wax ring under the toilet - $400) I thought the cost was absurd, but I had a tenant that had been waiting for the repair.
I'm pretty handy, so I normally do my own repairs, but I have been very busy lately. I know what it takes to replace the wax ring and it shouldn't cost that much.
Later in the day, the tenant called to say the handle on the toilet was broken. I don't know what happened, but I sure wasn't going to have George Brazil back, even if they did it. I took the time to do it myself.
George Brazil will never be allowed on any of my properties again.
