We are very happy with our new Rinnai RUR98i Tankless Water Heater System!  We have the built in recirculation plus the backup battery and the control pad is not in the attic!  They were able to fish it downstairs all the way to the ground floor.  It is in the perfect location and easy to access and I can change settings easily!  Plus the key pad has a lock on it so kids or adults can't accidentally start touching and messing with it. The system has cut down the travel time for hot water to get to the far side of the house and controlling the temperature is so much easier!  Plus we can have all 4 showers, a dishwasher and a washer machine all on at the same time with hot water! Amazing!  Good install crew and Mr. Patton was so helpful he really wanted to make sure the settings were dialed into where we wanted them.  We took out two 50 gallon gas and 40 gallon electric tanks and this has been such an improvement!  We are still in the first month and haven't see then new energy bill but it should look great this coming year compared to last!

Came out 9pm on a Friday night.  Fixed drain on a rental unit they ended up being about 30 percent less the other guys minimum .  Tenants where happy and I was happy.  Will be using them again.  Also the plumber that came out had a good attitude.

After years of using independent HVAC guys and never being able to find them again, our realtor scheduled Chaote's for us when we sold our old house. They fixed an issue that we'd brought up several times to other companies who all told us it was normal (to smell gas).  In our new house, when we needed to replace an old unit, we didn't hesitate to call Choate's and at the recommendation of our realtor, we signed up for the service plan with the discounts. We got an awesome new air conditioner with the best service and we're actually excited to get Choate's to do more for us. I love that they do so much.

I had an emergency call in August and Roto-Rooter responded quickly to the after hours call. The technician was friendly, put me at ease and worked several hours to try and stop the leak. He had to come back the next day to finish. Then, this week, I thought the leak had returned. I called Roto-Rooter (which guarantees their repairs for 6 months) and same guy came back out. It turns out, the company who installed the water heater messed up some things in the attic. Roto-Rooter talked me through exactly what happened so that I could get the required support from the company that did the water heater and left some leaks. I am grateful that Roto-Rooter has such well-trained and helpful technicians on their staff!

We are renovating our home. New fixtures, new pipes, new valves. Everything leaks! I'm not a plumber but I can do better!

If only i could give 0 . The worst plumbing service ever! Had to call them to fix our plumbing problem. The first day a man came, he couldn't find the clean out. He even asked me if i know where it was. How could a woman, first time owner of a house will know where it is? I was even not here when this house was built 30yrs ago! And how could he not find it when it's his job to do it? He only spent like 5-10mins and decided to ask right away for the service fee! He gave a receipt stating that he couldn't or we don't have a clean out, so he need to go to the vent the next time he will come to our house. Or better yet, if my husband find the clean out, he'll be back. Fast forward to that next day, he came back. The schedule was 2-4pm, he came at around 4:06pm! Very unprofessional! He tried the vent, didn't work! Had my bathroom flooded again of what he did. I kept telling him that if he do something, it will be flooded on the bathroom, still he did it. Bathroom (2) and bath tub (2) got so messy. In short, no work has been done! That was Friday so we need to wait again for the weekend to be over with no bathroom to use. My husband decided to get a very decent plumbing service because when he called them back first thing on Monday, their customer service sucks! Kept telling my husband that they will return his call blah blah blah.. well guess what? No return calls until almost night time. Anyway, our plumbing problem has been resolved by another company that my husband called just today, Tuesday, same day they came. Thanks to you guys! Your company is never number one after all!

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.
