We are very happy with our new Rinnai RUR98i Tankless Water Heater System!  We have the built in recirculation plus the backup battery and the control pad is not in the attic!  They were able to fish it downstairs all the way to the ground floor.  It is in the perfect location and easy to access and I can change settings easily!  Plus the key pad has a lock on it so kids or adults can't accidentally start touching and messing with it. The system has cut down the travel time for hot water to get to the far side of the house and controlling the temperature is so much easier!  Plus we can have all 4 showers, a dishwasher and a washer machine all on at the same time with hot water! Amazing!  Good install crew and Mr. Patton was so helpful he really wanted to make sure the settings were dialed into where we wanted them.  We took out two 50 gallon gas and 40 gallon electric tanks and this has been such an improvement!  We are still in the first month and haven't see then new energy bill but it should look great this coming year compared to last!

I reached out to Bill via Yelp on a Saturday and received a prompt response! He was able to come out the upcoming Monday to take a look at my leaking water heater. After a look over, he talked me through the many water heater options and we both agreed that one identical to what we previously had would be best. To my surprise, he was willing to help me out of my tough spot by doing the install same day and at a fair price. Bill and his son were able to do the install quick and professionally. The new water heater looks great and works like a charm. I'll definitely be keeping their card on hand for my next plumbing need!

Would not suggest this company to ANYONE in need of help/services for water or plumbing issues. Called about a hot water heater not working and was told a technician would be out in 30-45 minutes. 2 hours & 3 phone calls later, the technician arrives. My fiancé shows him the water heater, he literally looks at it and says, It may be the heating element, ( we obviously already knew that, otherwise we wouldn't have called for help) but if he completes a diagnostic it will cost $300 and to replace the element it would be $350. We declined the services because Home Depot offers brand new hot water heaters for $360 with same day delivery as well as assisting with a third party company to install for you,of course with additional fees. I called the office back and informed the receptionist that I was not made aware that all the technician was gonna do was stare at the hot water tank and to actually help us it would cost $300. It works, but the technician said they had to send him out because the receptionist didn't know how to give us pricing. At this point I'm confused and irritated because of poor communication, waste of time and effort, and unprofessional people. You can take your chances, but me and my fiancé both got the this is a rip off vibe immediately!

These guys came out to my place of business when nobody else would and fixed my broken pipes. They were reasonable also on their charges. People should call these guys.

This company charged my father $287 for a $40 part. The owner sets the prices and he refuses to call my father back to discuss. Taking advantage of seniors is incredibly disrespectful. Do not give them your business.

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.
