I had a great experience with this company.  My elderly mom's house had a broken connection at her meter and water was pouring into the street.  A technician came out on a Sunday morning and communicated clearly with me about the problem and how much it would cost to fix.  He was very professional and put my mind at ease.  There was an additional charge since it was the weekend but that was communicated on the front end.  After the work was completed, the area was cleaned up and looked good as new.  I highly recommend this company and will use them for any future plumbing needs at both mine and my mom's houses.

In today's world of service, I have encountered so many business owners who just want to get your money with little to no sincere customer satisfaction. Patton Plumbing is NOT that type of business. Not only were they on time, great service, professional, and not expensive (compared to others), the personal relationship you develop with Shawn Patton the owner himself is remarkable. He was all about educating you and showing you what's going on with your current unit so that you understand why you need his service. Thank you for all your tips on lowering my electric bill, saving energy and suggestions that I invest in a new unit instead of repairing the one that I have for the long term return on investment. With summer approaching this week, I will encourage you to try out Patton Plumbing, let him know Dapo sent you and then you thank me later

I just want to  let  people know that  if they have a  water  leak  call  rotor  rooter  in Memphis  after the  leak  was  fixed  John and  c.j were  there  before  I knew it  they explained  what   was needed to be done  so I  didn't have  mold problems in the  future  they removed  so much water

Henry is a real gem. I highly recommend him for the quality of his work, service and likeable manner. He is reliable, always on time, and a pleasure to work with. I wish I had found him sooner during the set-up of my home in Collierville. Certainly he will be my go-to guy for future improvements/maintenance around my house

Best hvac man out there got my air up and running in 15 minutes when 3 other companys said there was nothing they could do. Id recommended mr Dan to anyone

Initially called their service for a leak underneath my kitchen island causing water damage to my floor. The company touts a 14 step check system that they says help them solve the underlying problem. The technician only looked directly under the sink and told me that the problem was really a leaky faucet without doing any further investigation. We did not receive any documentation of these 14 steps.

I was charged 500 dollars for the leaky faucet and told that the water should stop leaking from under the island. It seemed expensive but I figured if it stopped the leak that I could live with it.

I continued to notice water leaking from under the island and when called back they asked to charge another 400 dollars now that they realized that the leaky faucet was indeed not the problem, but instead it was an issue with the dishwasher.

They refused to refund me for the initial service even though they did not correctly diagnose or fix my leak, and I could not get the company to give me an itemized receipt for services, parts/labor/request for service etc.

All in all I picked Mr. Rooter to get a large company with warranty and confidence in the repair knowing the service would cost me a little more. Instead I received poor quality work, shady business practices and an unhelpful customer service department.

I will not be using their services again.

They Hiller Club is useless, you do not need someone to come out and tell you that a light switch is broke or that a reciprocal is broke. If you buy a water heater they tell you that you get a 10 year warranty but if you quit paying the $100 a year for the Hiller Club you lose your 10 year warranty, that is something they don't tell you. So when they charge you  $1,500 for a water heater with a 10-year warranty  add $100 for the next 10 years you have doubled  paid  for a water heater. When you go to Lowe's and pay $100 for a faucet they charge you $250 to replace the stems in it, if you want a new faucet they will charge you about $500 to install it. I would just say shop around and stay away from big companies that care only about money and not you. Big companies like Hiller and Conway all must hit numbers at any cost, they do not care about people it's all about the Numbers.

So, they finished installing my ac/HVAC system. They got here at 9:30 am finished at 2:15pm. They sent an electrician about an hour later to put in a new breaker for the system AND then a plumber to add additional drainage. The  time stated also included a 20 minute familiarization of this new (to me) system. They cleaned up the area better than when they started. Put drop cloth down on all the floors, wore mask, booties and most importantly, didn't mess off! If you're in my area and your heating and cooling system start to crap out, give CHOATES a call. Called 'em on Monday, New system installed by Friday.  . .it don't get no better!
If I were to complain, it would be that they drug the outside unit across my front rain soaked yard, leaving some very deep gouges that hopefully will heal. I'd use them again.

The service was great and timely, the technician was very polite, professional and informative but for what was done it was extremely pricey.

We are renovating our home. New fixtures, new pipes, new valves. Everything leaks! I'm not a plumber but I can do better!

We recently discovered a leak in a drain line in the wall of our kitchen sink and I was referred to Stewart Plumbing. They were prompt, reasonable and did a good job. Unfortunately there was water damage and we also needed a renovation company to make repairs. While the renovation people told our tenant she could continue to use the kitchen & sink while they got insurance approval to do the work. Our tenant started using the sink only to have water start pouring out. Well it turns out the renovation people ended up pulling all of the plumbing loose causing multiple leaks. The tenant called Stewart Plumbing and they came out to find the mess... they took an hour and reattached everything including the disposal. I got a call from William at Stewart and he said it would be a no-charge trip as he said it was good business! Who does that anymore? They came all the way from Southaven to W. Memphis, spent and hour and it was free. It tells you a LOT about Stewart Plumbing!

If only i could give 0 . The worst plumbing service ever! Had to call them to fix our plumbing problem. The first day a man came, he couldn't find the clean out. He even asked me if i know where it was. How could a woman, first time owner of a house will know where it is? I was even not here when this house was built 30yrs ago! And how could he not find it when it's his job to do it? He only spent like 5-10mins and decided to ask right away for the service fee! He gave a receipt stating that he couldn't or we don't have a clean out, so he need to go to the vent the next time he will come to our house. Or better yet, if my husband find the clean out, he'll be back. Fast forward to that next day, he came back. The schedule was 2-4pm, he came at around 4:06pm! Very unprofessional! He tried the vent, didn't work! Had my bathroom flooded again of what he did. I kept telling him that if he do something, it will be flooded on the bathroom, still he did it. Bathroom (2) and bath tub (2) got so messy. In short, no work has been done! That was Friday so we need to wait again for the weekend to be over with no bathroom to use. My husband decided to get a very decent plumbing service because when he called them back first thing on Monday, their customer service sucks! Kept telling my husband that they will return his call blah blah blah.. well guess what? No return calls until almost night time. Anyway, our plumbing problem has been resolved by another company that my husband called just today, Tuesday, same day they came. Thanks to you guys! Your company is never number one after all!

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.

A/C went out and I diagnosed it was the capacitor, a part you can get from Walmart.com for $17.  

Called Steve Ray at 5:45 pm on a Tuesday and I was thankful he said he could come out and replace it.

20 mins later he was here and working on it. Then he said it would be $275 to fix it!

I already had the cover off the a/c unit, turned off the power to the unit, and removed the old capacitor.  All he did was hook up the 4 wires and put the cover back on!

He was literally working on it for 5 minutes!

$275 for what?!?  I would have been more than happy to pay for his services, but this was ridiculous!

I'm sure this guy knows what he's doing, but it seems he's trying to buy a place in the Bahamas with his rates.

CAll SOMEONE ELSE OR BE PREPARED TO SELL A KIDNEY!
