Ed did a great job replacing my old leaky toilet! I would highly recommend him for any repairs you might have. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and an appointment and was able to fit me in quickly. I will definitely use him in the future!

My daughter, who owns the property, says she chose Happy Hiller because she sees their vehicles on the way to work almost everyday.  Advertising on the trucks has a message about guaranteed customer satisfaction or  refund your money.  I am one of those customers who now reaps the benefits of that ad Thank you .

This company charged my father $287 for a $40 part. The owner sets the prices and he refuses to call my father back to discuss. Taking advantage of seniors is incredibly disrespectful. Do not give them your business.

This company is a rip off. I paid $750 for an HVAC condenser unit, and all I got was a bucket of non-working rust. Does not honor his contract or guarantees. I would never use them nor recommend them to my worst enemy.

$270.00 spent to repair a less than 6 month old Rheem hot water tank that was recommended and installed by Service Pros seems unreasonable to me.
Bill was presented to me AFTER work was done.
If I had known up front I would be charged to repair a 6 month old hot water tank (again, recommended and installed by Service Pros) I would've used other resources
I made my dissatisfaction immediately known to management, but haven't received a promised return call  from the manager in over 3 weeks.
There are plenty of other / better HVAC options in the mid south area.

I paid John in advance the sum of$200.00 the night before he was to do work.  3 days later and he hasn't contacted me, won't return phone calls.  I truly thought he was an honest man.
