Excellent service and transparent pricing! A few weeks ago I had a pipe burst during one of the coldest days of the winter. It was getting late into the evening and I called around to a few places seeking emergency services. Scott answered the call and arrived at my door within an hour or so. He was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable about what was going on. He also gave me tips on some other issues that he thought could use some attention, but not right away. I received an invoice for the services a few weeks later and it was detailed and transparent--no hidden fees or sketchy charges for driving time (which some other local plumbing companies do). I will definitely be using these guys again and I highly recommend them. Scott was awesome! These are the guys you want for plumping!

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. Anytime you need any sort of drain service, please call Dan!

Prompt, friendly, professional, neat and did great work. I didn't shop around for competing quotes but for amount of time spent and the cost of parts and supplies I believe his charges were very reasonable. Would recommend highly.

This location was our last hope. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. They had exactly what we needed. We are very grateful for their kindness and willingness to help.

I was recommended to these guys through a plumbing service that I trust (but was backlogged for 2 weeks).  I left an online contact request Sunday and they reached out to me first thing Monday morning.  I was on the schedule for Wednesday.  

The co-owners were in my driveway within first 5 minutes of the scheduled window they had given me.

They took time to ask questions and ask what actions I had done and to see if I had any concerns.  They were able to run a camera down the pipes and pin-pointed the issue.  They completed their work in a timely and professional manner and were cleaned/wrapped up within the first hours of arrival.

The cost was below what I was braced for and he took the time to explain everything that they did.  Definitely will use again.

I've used these guys a few times and have never had a negative issue with them. I had a major freeze up this winter in an old pumphouse and even though busy, they got out here that day. Was a major job and the price was totally reasonable for the amount of work it took, thankfully.

I met Dave and his team in 2018 for a home remodel.  He is down to earth, thorough in his work and communicates well along the way. He is also very fairly priced. I have hired Dave for many additional jobs and referred to multiple friends.  I highly recommend you give him a shot! -Ryan

I called them to fix my toilet. They sent a plumber as promised, Jake. He had to go back to get a replacement part and he did not even charge me for that. Great work and very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a simple water heater replacement job and called Pipe Dreams because they are near neighbors and I wanted to support a small local contractor.  We set a time for replacement, they had a cancellation and asked to come early, which was fine. The journeyman plumber was fine and the work was completed within 2 hours; however, then the bill comes. They charged substantially more than MY price on the heater even though they get a better price. The biggest problem was the labor... $353 for 2 hours of journeyman labor. I called and gave them an opportunity to correct the billing. They said they charge for drive time. Uh, it takes about 3 minutes to get from their driveway to mine. They could not justify the time versus the billing but also did not change the billing. It is quite a shame to look for a small local plumber to support but find a someone that I'm posting negatives about instead.

Kory is the best! I felt so comfortable with him in my home. He was knowledgeable, timely and affordable. As a new homeowner, I'm so glad I found G&G Rooter. When I call G&G come to my home at 9 p.m. I didn't know if the would, but they are a true 24/7 company and I was so thankful for the peace of mind they provided, when other 24/7 companies wouldn't have come until the next day. This one star is only for the receptionist who answers the phone, she is very friendly. As for, Tom. He never gives a call back or once, he didn't even show up on the day he agreed and was scheduled to show. I recently decided give them a call for a water heater, I had to call twice and it's been 4 days and no callback. I fixed it myself after figuring it out.

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.

try and get an appointment, try again. if you get one then you better pray they show up. call them and then they say they are on the way and then never show up, call or anything. I don't know what happen to this business because I have used them in the past and they were awesome. not at all anymore. so sad and frustrating

Showed up 2 hours late the second day, I would of had to only take a half day off work, instead I had to take the entire day. Not to mention the technician messed up the T joint putting it on upside down, luckily I FOUND IT and corrected him. Then he proceeded to route the PVC to the sink incorrectly and had to be completely redone. He is only a technician and the master plumber should have been there. Wasted time that I was charged for even though he said he took 3 hours off. The final product was average, it works. A added bonus during the job, a drawer was busted and the part was promised to be fixed. A bit BS later I fixed it myself.
