Speedy, excellent, and thorough service! After I called, a rooter was at my house within the hour. My technician did a great job taking care of my clogged system, was personable, and just an all around good guy. The price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area who needs rooter services!

Our kitchen sink was leaking, and when I closed the shut-off valves under the sink, they leaked, too. I called and was able to get a same-day appointment. Dan was very friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the results and would gladly hire him again.

Excellent service. These guys responded quickly, coming out as soon as possible. They showed up a few minutes after the appointment time, but not enough that I would even consider it late.

They got to work right away, and got things done much quicker than I expected, but they were thorough. The tech explained why things were backed up (though I already knew: house was vacant for a few months before we moved in, which is a recipe for clogs), and also asked permission before going above and beyond, as it would add a bit more to the bill. He was extremely friendly and kind, and also cleaned up some of the mess in the basement from the back-up, which was way more than I expected.

That said, the price was reasonable and almost exactly what I hoped it would be, meaning it was a bit less than I expected. I was very pleased to get a working drain line for an appropriate and affordable amount, and if we ever have blockage again, I know who we'll call.

I've used these guys a few times and have never had a negative issue with them. I had a major freeze up this winter in an old pumphouse and even though busy, they got out here that day. Was a major job and the price was totally reasonable for the amount of work it took, thankfully.

I met Dave and his team in 2018 for a home remodel.  He is down to earth, thorough in his work and communicates well along the way. He is also very fairly priced. I have hired Dave for many additional jobs and referred to multiple friends.  I highly recommend you give him a shot! -Ryan

Repair didn't last twenty minutes and after 3 times reaching back out to them with no return call back. I even wrote on the invoice my issue and I heard nothing from them. Stay away from this business they have terrible customer service.

The estimate was quoted for about 24 hours work, finished in less than 18 hours, but still was charged for 24 hours. Out of all the jobs done, the laundry room sink was leaky, my new laundry room under board was all soaked and almost ruined. The new bathroom shower was leaking too. One positive thing was that they did honor their warranty and came fixed them.

We had Pipe Dreams do two projects for us. They were on-time and finished early. The guys also helped us avoid a problem with my next project.  Great work, Great service.

Complete scammers, ran up huge bill with no results! Had to call another outfit to fix....

Country Plumber was supposed to come out today on an appointment made weeks ago. No one ever showed up and the person on the phone had no idea where they even were.

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.

Had a bad experience with Lange.  Plumber showed up late.  Installed a faucet and after an hour told me the new faucet didn't work.  Returned to the shop and came back and replaced the new faucet.  Took another hour to complete that task.  Billed me for both installations.  Called the scheduler and complained.  Called the owner and complained.  Was charged for travel time, a mileage fuel fee, two hours of plumber time and $140 for a simple faucet.  Ridiculous!

Showed up 2 hours late the second day, I would of had to only take a half day off work, instead I had to take the entire day. Not to mention the technician messed up the T joint putting it on upside down, luckily I FOUND IT and corrected him. Then he proceeded to route the PVC to the sink incorrectly and had to be completely redone. He is only a technician and the master plumber should have been there. Wasted time that I was charged for even though he said he took 3 hours off. The final product was average, it works. A added bonus during the job, a drawer was busted and the part was promised to be fixed. A bit BS later I fixed it myself.
